"Olía mal el lobby pero en lo general está bien para descansar"

"Terrible pague por una habitación con cama king, y cuando llegó por mi reservación me dice que no hay que sólo con dos camas queen, y después que no acepte esa habitación que ella me quería dar, me dijo que si tenían la que yo reservé pero que no estaban limpias y tuve que esperar que limpiaran la habitación, pienso que si reservo y pago por adelantado tienen que darme la habitación que reserve, "

"Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, they had everything you need, from all the amenities to complimentary coffee,tea & water when you walk into the hotel. The connected restaurant had great staff we enjoyed our breakfast there. The location is convenient & I love the mini golf/ice cream area. We have been here a couple of times now & I have not been disappointed yet."

"I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo."
