"町家をリノベした一軒家宿は増えているが、町家形式を生かしてゼロからモダンに仕上げた建物はセンスが良く築浅で清潔、キッチンもあり数日から長期の滞在、特に家族連れには最適。舞妓さんが行き来する宮川筋にあり、祇園を横目に京都らしさを味わえてとても便利な場所。四条河原町、錦市場にも徒歩可能。川を渡れば木屋町、おいしいレストランや川床のある店も多数あって食べるところにも困らない。1Fはレセプション兼Cafeになっていて毎日スムージーやカフェを頂けるのもGOOD。スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティも最高。おすすめです。"

The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. "This should be a nice place to stay. However it is an extremely noisy area during the night (despite being on a small side street). With a large amount of cars and motorbikes passing during the night it is not a good place to stay as the walls are extremely thin."

"The place was amazing. Very roomy with modern amenities in a traditional style Japanese apartment. The location is perfect in the area you want to be and close to train and bus transportation. We had some confusion with the instructions which indicated that we had to go to a separate location to check in. That cost us stress and some time but it got settled. They need to update their instruction page if they haven't already. You just go straight to the property and use the keypad."

"L’emplacement du logement est plutôt bien, dans un quartier calme et à 10min à pieds du métro. Cependant les règles de la maison sont très strictes, voir même menaçantes (pas le droit de faire du bruit sous peine d’appel à la police, pas le droit de parler au voisinage, pas le droit de fumer devant alors qu’il y a plein de mégots par terre). Un peu compliqué lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. "
