Great central spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. This place is quaint, clean, quiet and serene. The host was super helpful and accommodating. I even left my new back up iPhone there and they found it and shipped it back to me! That was a close one, whew. Thank you Dominic and Uma and your cleaners!We’re planning on staying here again for our next trip to the Ozarks.

Easy Weekend Away

This is a nice property, perfect for meeting up with our daughter and fiancee from CoMO. Although it was chilly and we didn't try amenities like the pool, we enjoyed having a cozy fire both nights!

Nice location with everything you need

We enjoyed staying here! The deck and grill were so nice to use for dinner. Very quiet (in April) but I’m sure a bit more noise during peak season times. Very pretty view. Nice appliances and all the supplies we needed!

VERY nice, interesting layout, privacy for everyone. Spacious feel, equipped with everything you may need. Quiet, private, great views, little way to the lake but within walking distance. Close to everything near the Bagnell Dam & Lake. ENJOYED relaxing weekend, thank you!

Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. The location is a short drive from everything which is a must if you’re bringing the kids. Property owners are very nice, quick to respond, and accommodating. I’ve stayed in many locations over the 14 years of coming there and this is in my top two without a doubt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Couldn't be happier

Arrived to the villa to find it just as advertised. Everything was spotless and exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, everything was perfect. Communication with owners was quick and concise. Could not be happier we booked this villa.

This three story villa was absolute perfection. It was clean, well stocked, and most importantly they allowed our fur babies. Very peaceful and very comfortable. 3 person parking and overlooking the lake. Thanks for everything!

Great get-away!

Very enjoyable week away. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Thoughtful hosts provided everything we needed to relax and spend time together. The property is very clean, quiet, secluded--and yet in the middle of everything. Thanks so for letting us enjoy your property!!

Springbreak from Illinois

They supplied us with everything we needed for our stay, and extras. Grill on the back deck so we saved money on eating out. It was still a bit cool so the pool wasn’t open and we were not able to enjoy the swimming platform which would be a blast if it was hot. Overall a very nice place!!!

Peaceful and Calm

Cool space. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet. Exactly what we were hoping for. A bit of a hike to and from the water front, but wow, it’s really peaceful. Had a great time fishing. We were not in need of anything- either provided or Hyvee is like 5 minutes away.

Our stay was wonderful! I am in an electric wheelchair and everything I needed was accessible. Dominic (owner) had an aluminum ramp to get the chair in the house. Very close to the pool, which we practically had to ourselves during the whole stay. The house is located close to Grocery stores and Restaurants. The best thing about this House is the excellent communication between the owner and myself. Defiantly going to stay again.

LO VACAY

Nice unit with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice area and close location to lake. Close to state parks, Bridal Cave and other activities. Had to go to BWW to watch NCAA games . No cable TV. Need to provide instructions for smart tv and firepit in commons area.
