Note: reaching the downstairs bedrooms requires approximately 15 interior steps from the main level. The parking area is about 30 steps above the home's main entrance.

Two mini fridges are on hand - perfect for keeping drinks cold for the whole group without crowding the main fridge. The living room electric fireplace adds warmth and ambiance whether you're watching a movie or winding down after a day on the water.



Kitchen & Dining



The fully equipped kitchen includes a full refrigerator with working ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a complete set of cookware and servingware for all 14 guests. You'll find mixing bowls, a blender, coffee maker, baking pans, cutting boards, and all the essentials to cook big group meals without hunting for what you need.



Technology



Four smart TVs keep everyone entertained - a 55-inch in the living room and a 50-inch in each of the three bedrooms. Every TV is equipped with streaming and live TV services so you can pick up right where you left off at home. WiFi is included.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are available in unit, so longer stays stay fresh and easy.



Outdoor



No grill or fire pit on site - but the resort community, lake views, and pool access make up for it in a big way.



Community Amenities



Two community pools are available for guest use during your stay, with pool hours from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. beginning May 11, 2026. One pool is located on Walkers Cay Drive, and the Cedar Glen pool - which features a splash pad - is to the right from the gate on Moongate. Pool access requires a code provided at booking. All guests must follow posted pool rules: no glass, no loud music or parties.



Guests also have access to the back 9 holes of golf in the Tan Tara Estates. Standard golf course rules apply, and no golf cart is provided.



Guest Access:

Check-in is with coded smart lock. Three parking spaces are available at the property, and additional parking is available near the pool. Note that the driveway is narrow, so plan accordingly when arriving with larger vehicles.



Important: GPS directions to this property are not reliable. Please use the detailed written directions provided at booking. During summer evenings and weekends, guests must use the Margaritaville entrance (off KK Hwy) - not the Keystone entrance. The gated entrance closes in the evenings but is open during the day. Your host is available if you have questions during your stay.
