Quite location

The house is at the end of a cove. We could see golfers at a neighboring golf course, deer, ducks and other wild life. The boat dock and kayaks were nice to sit out in the evening and fish or paddle down the cove. Fishing at the house wasn't that great. King size beds were very comfortable. House has plenty of towles, swim towels, wash rags, covers for a family of 5. House was about 15 mins or less from everything we went too, except Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Couple of the things we didn't like: in the room with the bunks there is a sunlight/moonlight that you couldn't block the light easily, the house could use a deep clean (surface clean, but had dust on fans and under beds), and lights outside didn't all work (maybe light bulbs burnt out).Recommendation of places to go: Supersplash USA, Casablanca, Barn-B-Que (get the brisket), Stewart's on the strip, and Osage National golf course.

Memorable Family-Friend Vacation!

Our family vacationed here with our good friends and we all agreed that we very much enjoyed staying at this property! The home was clean and very well-supplied. It was large enough to accommodate all of us (4 adults, 3 teens, 2 12-year-olds). Having our own dock in a calm cove was a huge bonus. We spent several hours making use of the patios, paddle board, fishing equipment, and canoes that were provided by the homeowner. Another bonus was that the home is in a convenient location. It was only a short drive to several restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment venues. Also, the neighbors on either side of this home were extremely friendly. One of the major positives of renting this property was the responsiveness of the homeowner Amanda. Prior to our vacation, I asked her several questions about the area and she always responded promptly and with detail! The guidebook provided by Amanda about the property, nearby restaurants, entertainment, and shopping was the best I've ever seen! I will mention that we did have an issue with the main refrigerator in the kitchen. That said, the owner was very responsive to our concerns and given her attentiveness, the issue has likely been resolved. The home has a secondary refrigerator in the laundry area, so overall there was little impact. Both my family and our friends agree that we had a fun and memorable vacation in the Ozarks. Should we decide to return to the area, we would certainly rent this property again!

Lake of the Ozarks

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of space for multiple guests which was great for our group! There were a few things that the host didn’t alert us about that were unexpected for us. Nothing major, but also would have been nice to know ahead of time since they did know.

Awesome Experience!

We had a bachelor party down in the Ozarks and this was a great place to call home base! With the dock, grill, and plenty of room to sleep, I am glad we chose this place!

Great Place to stay for a large group

The house was perfect for a large amount of people, it was a beautiful home! Great amenities including beach towels, the only thing that was missing was coffee. There was coffee machine/keurig but no pods or coffee. No biggie, we just went to the store! Loved that they had 2 fridges, it was much needed for our large group! The property had 4 parking spots, which is a lot for a lake house. Any extra cars, we parked at the Woods Supermarket which was 5 mins down the road and on our way to everything. It worked out perfectly! Would def come back again in the future!

Very nice weekend stay

Everything was as stated in the listing. Property was clean but did need a couple small maintenance things taken care of, hence the four stars instead of five. Only problem with location is if you have a boat it's a little tight on parking and maneuvering, otherwise great location. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfect property

Absolutely lovely property. The location was in a nice quiet cove and easy access to everything. The house had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and plenty of amenities. Loved taking the kayaks out. We would definitely stay here again.

Not what we expected for a premium price !

The house was as told in listing except for the spider and ant problem we lost alot of food the first night do too ants in the kitchen. Do not leave any food out of air tight containers. We also spent first two hours cleaning cob webs off all the out door furniture so it could be used. We did communicate with Amanda but seemed to just upset her and would just say it's lake life or that not enough time in between renters to do more. Seems to me just gotta get every dollar they can to keep it full . Funny part is both houses next door didn't seem to have same issues just saying ...

Family lake trip

The house was well appointed with kitchen items, household goods and linens (including beach towels) and there was plenty of space for our large group for sleeping. The location is quiet and the neighbors are friendly... always a plus. We all had a great visit. The cleaning crew could give a bit more attention to certain things, but the house was great overall.

Best place at the lake!!!!

We had such an amazing time. The house was perfect and had everything we needed to celebrate my daughters graduation. Amanda was fantastic and always there for us. We will be renting this house again!!!!!

Location, location, location!

Quiet location in a cove with calm waters to swim off the dock, watch wildlife and access the strip, Woods grocery and restaurants. The inside furnishings were nice, however we did have a few frustrations. - The house wasn't very clean. The sink had toothpaste still in it when we arrived, under the beds was absolutely filthy, the kitchen was crawling with ants and the outdoor table had crusted food on it. - The dock is not in great shape. The wood hasn't been stained and is ripe for splinters, the ladder stays in the water and was so slippery a few of us slipped getting in/out - The upstairs bunk room was fantastic...however there is no door so every morning we were woken up by someone downstairs, no matter how quiet they were Overall, the house was okay, but for the money, I've stayed in nicer and much cleaner places in the area.

Family vacation

Our family had a great time and the property was perfect for a relaxing few days away - we enjoyed this quiet, peaceful area tucked at the end of a cove with lots of wildlife, fishing from the dock, paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and was also so easy to get to (we flat-landers appreciated the relatively flat parking area) It is also very close to just about anything - restaurants, golfing, boating, groceries, & shopping. We can’t wait to come back and spend some more time here!

Beautiful home, great location!

Great for a bachelorette party! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and dock while watching the ducks, deer, geese, and saw some snapping turtles. Two of our girls went out on the paddle boat early in the morning and absolutely loved it. Lovely house and decorations with easy check in and out process. Amazing location and easy to find!

Lovely lake property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located at the end of a cove which made it quiet and we saw so much wildlife everyday! The house was well equipped and the owner was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway!

House was very clean and Amanda was awesome. She responded quickly and made the process very easy. The house had everything we needed. The wildlife was breathtaking. We saw deer every morning and evening, ducks everyday, and even got to see the eagles. We went night fishing and caught 12-15 pound catfish, during the day we caught bass. The cove was nice and quiet. It was a perfect getaway for a family who wanted quiet time away from noise. Everything was just perfect :)

Perfect Bachelorette Party Stay!

Lakebreeze Lodge is an incredible place to stay with your family and/or friends! I had my bachelorette weekend at the Ozarks and my girls and I loved the comfort and space of the home. Amanda is so sweet and prompt with responding to any questions we had! We took the Kayaks out everyday. The cove is so peaceful in the mornings! The perfect getaway at the lake!
