Nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Even though the homes are in tight vicinity of each other you forget they are there. Be very careful in the showers as they are very slippery.

Great house, beautiful location. The deck overlooking the main channel is fantastic. Couple of the beds aren’t very comfortable but the hosts seemed very motivated to replace the mattresses after they heard that feedback from me. Good communicators. Overall very good experience.

The perfect Lake View!!!

The host is very friendly and an excellent communicator! We received everything we needed prior to arrival and check in was a breeze. We booked this place for the unobstructed view of the lake and that is exactly what we got. We spent most of our time on the lower deck, was shaded almost the whole day and nice breeze. Fun to boat watch from there! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. We stayed in the main bedroom and the king size bed was super comfy.

WOW!

First of all, everything was JUST as decribed in the listing. The location of the house was IDEAL for our weekend plans! Communicating with the host was quick every time and everything was clear from the get-go. She even sent some ideas of places closeby we might want to check out. The house was clean, the view SPECTACULAR.

Awesome location and hosts

The location and property were awesome, breathtaking views right on one of the lakes main channels. Great communication with the host before, during, and after the rental. We’d recommend to anyone wanting a great stay on the lake and we’d give this experience and property a 10 out of 10!

Wonderful time!

Perfect place to explore the Lake of the Ozarks. It was my first time and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views with plenty of space! Also very close to different restaurant options and about 30 min from a great hiking area.

Relaxing family getaway

We traveled with 4 young children and this home had everything we needed. The check in was easy. The neighborhood was safe for our family and centrally located for the activities we went to. The owners had great communication with what to know about the home and places to visit.

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood

This house was a cozy place during cold days in March. Great view of the main channel. Brought our boat for a fishing tournament and had space to park and plug in. The owner was great to work with and very responsive.

This was a wonderful Home with a fantastic location. The home is exactly as described and the deck was An added plus as it was added on and you could see down the main channel in both directions. Great communication with owner Highly recommend. 5 plus stars

Beautiful view of the Lake

Pictures don’t do it justice! It was just the right size for our group. The 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready for each outing. Location was perfect & had a beautiful view of lake. The extended deck with the accent lighting was a great addition to the property. This was the spot to be at for the Main Channel View of all the boats :-). The owner was always quick to respond with any questions we had.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our friends get-together. Bedrooms were all located upstairs and the living area and kitchen were downstairs making it perfect for all of us! Lots of deck area on the main channel so getting the action of the lake was never a problem. Would absolutely recommend!

Family getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were there with our 3 adult kids. It was our first time at Lake of the Ozarks. The house sits right on the lake at one of the main channels. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the boats cruise by. Lisa was wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone coming to Ozarks!

I would NOT recommend

Communication with the homeowner wasnt the best. After we sent our money and deposit to her, the homeowner didnt send us a code for the property. After a few emails and texts, homeowner finally sent us the code for the home. Once we arrived, there were cobwebs, it was dusty, and not really clean. In our agreement, the homeowner stated that the gas grill worked. The gas grill had not been cleaned in a long time, in fact it didnt work at all. After we had checked out of the home, the home owner accused my family of stealing one of her pillows. My daughter had taken a video of the home and its contents when we first arrived, and the pillow clearly wasnt there to begin with. The homeowner not only charged us $52.00 for the pillow, she proceeded to keep the entire $600 deposit because she said that we "trashed" the place. Homeowner also insulted my family and called us "filthy" (I have her texts to prove it). We have stayed in the Ozarks for many years, and not once has a homeowner complained about how my family and I have left property after we checked out. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Couldn’t be better!

I rented this house for my husband and a few of his friends for a weekend golf trip. The communication with Lisa was amazing and she was wonderful to work with. She also let the guys check in way before 4pm. She was extremely accommodating. The house was in wonderful shape and clean. It was exactly as described. I highly recommend this property!
