FUN FUN FUN

We had a great time in the Ozarks. Golfing, boating, winery and the pools were fantastic. Our location was the best you can either drive or Uber to any location. Food and drinks were amazing everywhere we went.

Nice getaway

Clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated unit and the hosts have done a good job making it feel like home making for a very enjoyable stay. They've provided all the little things including first aid kit (which we needed) and games for your stay. For serious tennis players, the community court isn't the best. The swimming pool, however, was a lot of fun! We will definitely use this again.

Wonderful getaway

What a great place to stay! And Julie couldn't have been a better host! Anytime we needed anything she answered right back and even offered suggestions of places to go since it was our first time to LOTO. Everything you need is right there. We felt completely at home....no better than at home! It was so relaxing, especially those quiet moments early in the morning out on the deck watching the day come alive! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we get to the lake.

Clean and Convenient Condo

Condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with small items you might forget (shampoo, dishwasher pods, etc). Owner was very quick and pleasent with communication about the property as needed during our stay. The complex is very nice with multiple pools; you can always find one that is either empty or not busy during the week. Kitchen was perfect for our minimal cooking needs. Unit is not waterfront but has a nice water view. Would definitely rent again.

Nothing short of Amazing

WOW. This condo had ALL of the comforts of home, and then some! Our family of 4 (kids 9 and 12) had an amazing time with this as our "home base" for the week. It worked great to use it for the type of vacation we wanted: some relaxation at the condo mixed in with entertainment in the area. The pool right outside of the door was perfect This, and we also went to swim in pool 3 whoxh we had all to ourselves on a Wednesday. As the listing says, this isn't a party property; it is a nice and quiet area with great views of the lake. My absolute favorite part was the deck that looks out onto the lake. We had coffee and many breakfasts there plus it was a great place to relax and read once the kids went to bed. Our hosts were super responsive with messages we sent with questions, and I also spoke with Della the property manager because I needed to have something shipped there - she was super accommodating and it was seamless to get it shipped to the clubhouse. It was super clean, spacious, and had all the first class amenities. My son said it felt like our "home away from home" which is a glowing review from a pre-teen!!! :) Bonus: the washer and dryer were great; this is the first vacation where all of our clothes are clean before we get home!! We can't thank Julie and Rich enough and would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely try to be back.

Excellent Condo in Osage Beach

The area is very clean and very well maintained! We enjoyed the pool and the renovations in the condo were awesome. We are aviation people from Wichita so the decor was spot on! Loved being 10 minutes from most of the dining and attractions. We will recommend it to our friends!

Great Place with Great Views

We absolutely loved the place and the amazing views. They obviously spent a lot of time decorating and updating everything. It was one of the nicest places we have ever rented. We would definitely rent from Julie again!

Good location, great family accommodation

We had a great stay! Clean and well appointed with towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. and large enough for five of us (2 adults, 3 kids). The unit was easy to get to and very close to one of the three pools on the property. There was one flight of stairs but it was manageable for our group with fairly close parking. We enjoyed the nice little balcony with a decent view of the lake and found ourselves frequently entertained by the hummingbirds coming up to the feeders. The hosts were always very responsive to any inquiries or questions and even provided us with recommendations and maps that assisted us with our planning for the trip. Highly recommend this property and host!

Beautiful and stylish Condo

The condo was just like the pictures. It was very clean, with everything you could need. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions. The pool is right out the door, as well as the basketball/tennis court. The grill was also right next to the pool with some seating. We were close to Target, Walmart and a grocery store. Not too far from anything you would want to do. Close to restaurants. It took us no more than 30 minutes to go to Bridal Cave. Thank you for the boat rental brochures, it helped a lot. Bagnell Dam and shops were a short drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Rich and Julie Clausen for a wonderful stay!

Expectations Exceeded

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this property. Everything was as stated in the listing. Seeing the property in person exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed home cooked breakfast on the deck each morning with a beautiful view of the lake. I loved the location of the property. We were able to quickly get to grocery store, restaurants, highway and other attractions. The atmosphere at Indian Point was welcoming. I highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive and provided all we needed to enjoy our stay. I couldn’t find one update needed at the property. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Comfortable Stay!!

Great communication, very prompt and available! Great location to many things to do! Quiet comfortable area with the perfect access to the pool and lake!! A perfect place to relax as well as to get out and do things and the local condo residents were all very friendly!! Loved our week here!!!

Great Location

This unit was perfectly located on the lake for our needs. The slip was also perfect for our boat. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a great weekend experience.
