  • Condo 635 es un baño completo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, en el tercer piso, frente al lago. Cuenta con una cocina completa con microondas, lavaplatos, estufa y horno de tapa lisa y refrigerador con máquina de hielo. Incluye una cubierta grande cubierta con vista al lago y una de las tres piscinas al aire libre en Parkview Bay. La cubierta cuenta con muebles y una parrilla de gas. La distribución de las camas incluye una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal junto con un baño principal privado, reina en el segundo. Ambas habitaciones tienen TV. El condominio está a un vuelo del estacionamiento y tiene pocos pasos hacia la piscina y el lago. NOTA: ¡Las fotos de la cubierta se agregarán en la primavera!

Comfortable, great location

Love the location, condo was clean and comfortable. Only downfall is the water heater is left off until check in so our first shower was cold!

Great Weekend

The condo was nice and roomy. Donna who manages the condo was very helpful. The condo was updated and it felt like home.

Kickoff to summer.

Loved the location, condo was very nice. Working with Donna was a pleasure. The TVs were pretty out dated and not a great picture. Otherwise, great stay at Parkview.

Great little condo

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here. Donna was great to work with and responded to any questions I had quickly. The pictures are outdated as mentioned in a previous review - as there has been some upgrades to the unit, including faux wood flooring all throughout. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great weekend getaway

This stay was great. The pics they have posted are outdated. They have flat screens in all rooms and wood flooring throughout. Will stay again 10/10

Great Stay

This property is very nice--I've stayed here before...What made it better this time, was working with Donna. The communication was outstanding..from emails to phone calls and taking questions after hours, even. Highly recommend Donna to everyone!

Good overall experience

Parking was a little small and it was hard to find a spot a couple times. We ended up having to park quite a ways away from our condo because the parking lot was full but no big deal. Other than that the condo and donna were great. Would stay there again.

Great locale, very clean!

Loved the condo. It was so nice to walk into such a clean place. Only two bits of info to report. First, the coffee pot didn’t work. Worked around that just fine; it gave me more reason to go to Starbuck’s every morning. And secondly, we believe that your wiring needs checked in the master bath. The lights would go out all by themselves. Again, no problem, just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Bring a mattress topper

The property manager, Donna, was very helpful! She was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and helped us with a boat slip rental. The property itself was good. It was fairly clean, we did find hair in the shower and the pillows smelled. The mattresses are terrible and very difficult to sleep on. We did buy a mattress topper as was suggested by a previous VRBO review. I would recommend bringing a topper and your own pillows.

Enjoyed our stay

My family owns a condo in the next bldg so I know the location well. We had our family get together so I booked my own condo. Unfortunately I was not impressed.... beds were terrible, I went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper just to get through the week. Condo itself needs updated. Housekeeping needs to step up their game! I understand that we didn’t spend all week in the room but if I’m spending that kind of money being a single parent then I expect it to at least be comfortable and clean. However the property mgr was an absolute delight to work with. Booking, paying and checking in was a breeze!!!! She made it so easy. All in all I’m already planning next years family reunion here!!!

Need better mattresses

The property was well kept. Amenities were awesome. The mattresses however need to be changed. $800 will get you a condo rental worthy king and queen
