Great getaway

Our family stays at the Lake for a long spring break weekend. This property has a beautiful view on the water. Of course if was a quiet weekend, because the time of year. The condo is very clean, has all the amenities you are needing and then some. The beds and linens are comfortable. The place is convenient to plenty of restaurants. Thank you!

Great location

We enjoyed the condo, it had everything we needed and was very clean. The location to places to eat, stores etc. was very convenient. The waterfront view from the condo was beautiful. The Ozark Distillery was very close by, and a wonderful place to visit.

Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay

Perfect balcony viewing of the boats racing across the lake. All ages of my family enjoyed this place (54, (51, 21, and 14 y/o). Lots of stairs to negotiate, but really it's just good exercise!

Breakwater Bay

We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and were extremely happy with the entire experience. Chris is an amazing host. The unit is exactly as advertised. The North facing view of the main channel from the porch was great. We enjoyed the sunrises in the morning and the sunsets at night from the porch. The other owners were friendly at the pool and did not treat "renters" poorly like in some complexes. If you're looking for a clean place with amazing views and close access to a pool this is the place for you. It's price is very fair and Chris is very attentive. I'm definitely renting from Chris again the next time I come to the Ozarks.

Relax, they have everything you could want in the kitchen.

I have to take a lot of stuff for the kitchen when I stay at other VRBO’s, because I cook almost all our meals. They have everything you could want. They have a clean condo to come too. Right out the door is the pool. The porch we sat at and watched boats on the lake. Nice!!! 😊 thanks Chris!!!

Family vacation

This condo has a great location and is very easy to find. Overall a great place, the steps from parking were a lot! The one thing that bothered us were the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were stomping as they were pacing until 11:30 at night, they were not there the whole time just the last 4 days. We very much enjoyed the space, the pool was wonderful and my son enjoyed the fishing !

Breathless Views.... Great Communication....

This property offered it all - amazing views, great communication with owner, corner lot right by the pool, WiFi and a boat slip for during out stay! We could see our boat the entire stay off our balcony. The trailer parking onsite is first come, first serve but we were lucky enough to score a spot; it is a tight squeeze for our size of boat (243). There are a lot of stairs at this complex but we figured out some shortcuts. Prior to your arrival - Chris gives you LOTS of recommendations & area tips (they were very handy)! AMAZING vacation! We will be back to Lake of the Ozarks!!!

Vacation by the lake

We had a very nice stay. Location is right by the pool and park. The view of the main channel was great. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very clean, which is very important to me. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out.

perfect get away spot

Very clean and comfortable place. When we weren't on the boat, a favorite spot of mine was the balcony overlooking the lake. The location was just a short drive from anything that was needed. Be careful on the roads, because the deer were plentiful and very brave! My girls used the swimming pool a few times, and it was always clean and rarely had a lot of people around. The upstairs neighbors had very heavy feet, but that's at no fault to the home or Chris. We would defiantly stay again.

Incredible view & space!

This unit is in a prime location! I don’t think the pictures do the living/dining area justice. The space is bigger than it seems from the pictures. The kitchen has everything that you need to enjoy your stay if you are cooking. The pool and play area is so convenient.

Beautiful condo!
