  • Beautiful, recently updated 9th floor Towers condo with fantastic view of the lake and state park. This unit has a very large deck with a table for six. Enjoy grilling, dining, and a comfortable relaxation area to enjoy conversation, reading a book or catching your favorite news channel or tv program while enjoying the serenity and fabulous view of the lake and state park!

    The contemporary furnishings make this condo easy to relax in! Offers Multiple TV’s. DVD, and stereo with CD player. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer will hold your extra gear during your stay. The full kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and smooth top range. The large deck that opens from both the living room and master bedroom is a big plus!

    The master bedroom features a king bed and TV with adjoining master bathroom featuring a large garden style whirlpool tub.

    The second bedroom has a Queen with access to the hall bathroom featuring tub/shower combo.

    There is a pull out sofa bed so condo sleeps 6. The extra amenities in the building include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. The amenities are open 8am to 11pm. The Towers is also handicapped accessible from condo to pools and lake.

    The amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. A 3000 square foot outdoor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront.  The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have great views of the lake and include many lounge chairs for your enjoyment.
    The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the towers has two sets of elevators. It is very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities. The Towers is handicapped accessible.

Great rental

This was a great condo in a great location - well-decorated and clean with a large porch overlooking the lake. Definitely somewhere we’d look to stay again!

Nice and quiet

It was a short weekend stay, but the condo was clean and had great views of the lake. First visit to this lake and we will be back.

We had a great time at this condo. Beautiful views of the lake. The condo was well kept and had everything needed. The kitchen could benefit with some sharper knives for cutting.

Relaxation getaway

I rented this condo for a 5 day relaxation getaway and a first time trip to lake of the Ozarks. The condo was meticulously cleaned and amazingly comfortable. Everything we needed was inside the condo and only had to leave for groceries. I was surprised by a visit from my daughter and granddaughter and still had everything we needed to make a fun relaxing stay. Would recommend 100%

Condo was clean but everything was worn , faded furnished with older furniture , rugs, towelsTake your own toilet paper(so thin you could see thru it)Entire complex looks worn and needs some attentionCould not get fireplace to work after trying a number of timesWe are not normally complainers. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing getaway and this condo was perfect. Very clean and the view was gorgeous. I do have 1 suggestion and this is just personal preference. Black out curtains or at least thicker curtains in the bedroom for those of us that like to sleep in. 😊 for those

Osage Beach

Condo was very clean. It was nicely furnished and decorated. Felt very homey and comfortable. Beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool but the keypad was malfunctioning. Then shut it down for maintenance. HOA was unavailable all weekend. Otherwise a very relaxing stay.

Midweek Stay for Our Anniversary

The overall property was clean as was our condo rental. It appears that it may have have been in the middle of some changes that were not competed at the time of our stay. The living room has large windows and sliding glass door to a beautiful view of the lake and State Park area that did not have any drapes or blinds for when the sun would shine during the day. It was a problem to carry on conversations or watch TV in the afternoon and early evening in the living room area. The master bedroom that faced the same exposure had sheer drapes that made sleeping passed 6:00 AM almost impossible. Other than these items we enjoyed the kitchen and dining areas.

The lake has become a special part of making memories for my family and I. No better place to stay than The Towers at Parkview Bay. The views, the amenities and the location make it perfect!

The overall experience was pretty good. The kitchen is very well stocked. The unit was very clean. The view was amazing as well! I would highly recommend staying in this unit. However, I would make a few recommendations to the owners. The sofa is broken down. Even with the foam mattress topper under the sofa seats it seamed to be broke down as well as the sofa bed. The second bedroom was very hot even with the stationary fan/cool air fan being used. Also, it would be nice to have a cart of some sort for renters to use to get their belongings up from the parking lot. Also, not being able to park in the covered garage when it was practically empty seemed very strange however we are rule followers so we parked out on top of the garage in the blazing sun. Other than these few things I would definitely book this unit again as it was overall a lovely experience! Donna with 6 star was prompt to respond to all my questions and very helpful with answering all of my questions.
