Very well appointed condo.

The condo was nice and in a good area. We love how close it is to everything. The indoor pool is always a bonus. Booking and communication was very easy. Pation furniture is nice and makes it easy and comfortable to hang out on the deck. All of the beds were comfy. There are several baking sheets and a couple 8x8 glass baking dishes, several large bowls for chips,etc. Plenty of dishes. There is no foil or ziploc bags so make sure to bring some. Papertowels and TP were almost gone when we arrived. Complex needs updating and repair. It is clean but really needs a deep clean especially in the master bath. The elevator closest to the condo is not working at all. Had to walk to other side of complex to use elevator. All of the seating in the living room needs to be replaced. All of it is extremely uncomfortable and cushions constantly sink on the couch as you are sitting on it. Teflon is very scratched and wearing off of ALL skillets which is very dangerous.

O’s Family Vacation 2022

Good location. Lake perfect for pontoon, tubing & skiing. Smooth, not too many boats etc. Loved the 2 pools. Used them both everyday! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of pillows & bedding provided. Being on the 9th floor was not a problem at all with elevator. Plenty of towels for showering. We brought our own beach towels.

Excellent Condo

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, very roomy, and I loved the screened in deck with the amazing view of the lake. The property owner/representative was very present. She answered all questions very promptly and was very customer friendly. The queen bunk beds were great. The other two rooms had king beds and slept very well. To our surprise there were 2 pull out sofas. The indoor pool was the highlight for the kids. They also have an outdoor pool, but we were there during off season and it was not used. There is a sauna and exercise room available. This condo has 2 elevators available for guests. This condo does not have specified parking in the garage so chances are you will have to park on the top level parking which requires a couple flights of steps to climb to get to your vehicle. They do offer some closer parking, but I would imagine during peak season it would be difficult to park there. They do offer an area in front of the condo for loading and unloading so you do not have to carry your things up and down stairs to your vehicle. I received clear directions regarding check-in and out procedures. We were hauling boats and Donna went above and beyond to assist us with parking arrangements. We were just minutes from shopping and lake access. It’s a great location. I would highly recommend this condo. It’s one of the nicest I have ever stayed and if we return to Lake of the Ozarks I will be looking to rent this one. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful view, but maintenance issues

Positive: Best view at the lake, comfy beds, We had been warned that we were not allowed to roll suitcases or coolers due to sealant on concrete walkway was not cured. That was okay until we got there and found the West elevator was out of order the whole weekend. Dishes had been put away dirty. Not sure if the dishwasher worked, as it had caked on soap residue even after we ran it empty.

Great location but well worn

property owner needs to invest in some upgrades. Couch/recliners well worn/broken (feel the springs sitting in one of them). Visitors need to be aware that Folgers coffee grounds is about the only amenity included. Allow time upon arrival for shopping for food, condiments, soap, shampoo, etc. Parking will mostly be limited to the top deck of the parking garage as this unit does not include a numbered parking spot. We enjoyed the pools with the kids and the easy access to docks. Not sure how quick/easy the elevators will be during peak season but much better than stairs.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view of the lake!l

We had a great stay at this condo. Property is very clean and has a very nice hot tub, pool, & sauna on site. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again. The only thing i recommend for others that stay during the colder months is to get there early and turn the heat up and come back 4+ hours later. The heater is turned down to 55 in the winter. I guess this is a common practice. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in this unit again.

Rough from the start. The door handles are picky and difficult to get in. The boat slip is not a part of the rental contrary to the description. Zero parking. Difficult to work with.

Overall, great trip! The room had a beautiful view. The only thing I was disappointed in was the jacuzzi tub. The water seemed to spray and make somewhat of a mess. Since it did that, it took a very long time to fill and was slightly chilly then. But we would consider staying here again in the future!
