Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.

Great accommodation. Pool was a real hit especially given the very hot weather we have seen during our stay. Susannah was very helpful and made some good recommendations of places to eat. A car is a must but lots of great restaurants and places to visit nearby.

Beautiful private pool area and big house. Excellent service from Susanna and her husband who help us when we had trouble with our rental car. Picked us up at the train station and found a rental car for us in Orvieto. We could not be happier with our holliday thanks to them. Several vineyards near by, and the beautiful town of Orvieto. Been here before and will return! Big thanks

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt war sehr schön. Leider kein Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss. Der Pool und das Anwesen sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ebenso seine Familie. Wir wurden sehr mit Tipps von ihm versorgt. Wir haben uns hier einfach willkommen gefühlt.

Schöne Unterkunft

Unsere Familie mit Kindern im Alter zwischen 7 und 16 Jahren hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin Susanna ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Orivieto sollte man auf jeden Fall besuchen.

What a beautifull house

We really liked our stay - it already started from the moment we booked the house and our communication with the owners. The house is lovely decorated and has a beautiful garden and swimmingpool. We also enjoyed the surroundings- specifically Orvieto is fantastic but we also travelled to Rome by car.

Lovely Farmhouse with Olive Orchard and Pool

My friend and I stayed for almost a month. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds and the proximity to Orvieto (about a 10 minute drive). The home is gated, so we felt very safe and private. Overall we had a great time and made some wonderful memories. There's a train station right in town and so we took a day trip to Florence, and drove around to the little towns nearby. Plenty to do and see.

Family Paradise

Susanna was a perfect host and the property was incredible. The house is only 15 mins from the beautiful town of Orvieto with great places to eat. But the house and the pool is so welcoming and comfortable that you never want to leave. Thank you again Susanna for having us to stay. We loved staying here.

Wonderful Umbrian property!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. It was very traditional and super clean. The outdoor space is the jewel in the crown. The pool and surrounding landscaping is really lovely and we spent much of our holiday relaxing by and in it. The area is beautiful and Orvieto is a historical and cultural little town, with plenty of lovely restaurants. We would like to return please! Thank you Susanna and family x

Wonderful relaxing holiday

The villa was just as stated. The owners were very helpful and friendly and made the check-in and check-out very easy. The villa itself was beautifully clean and very spacious. Lovely areas to sit outside and eat. The whole family, especially our 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool which we used every day. A number of lovely villages around to visit and eat. We travelled from Australia to join our son and family on this holiday and it was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

Geweldige week in een prachtig huis!

Samen met onze kinderen van 3 en 5 jaar hebben wij een heerlijke week gehad in dit geweldige huis. De kinderen en wij hebben genoten van het zwembad. Dit ligt er super bij, goede lig bedden, zon-en schaduw plekken. Rome is ook goed te bezoeken hier vandaan, dat hebben we meerdere keren gedaan. Orvieto is een mooie stad met goede restaurants. Ook hebben we het heerlijk gehad bij het meer van Bolsena, hier ligbedden gehuurd en de kids hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zand. Met de eigenaresse Susanna hadden we fijn contact, ze vroeg regelmatig via WhatsApp of alles in orde was. Als we vragen hadden konden we heel makkelijk bij haar terecht, ook voor advies over de bezienswaardigheden. Als wij deze regio nog een keer bezoeken zullen wij hier zeker weer verblijven.

Een parel bij Orvieto

Prachtig landhuis, in een schitterende omgeving, met een royaal zwembad. Een groot terrein, met mooie begroeiing staat je ter beschikking. Alles heel schoon en verzorgd. Makkelijk parkeren, uitstekend bereikbaar, 15 min rijden van Orvieto en het station daar. Susan, haar man en en zoon ontvingen ons zeer vriendelijk en waren heel behulpzaam om het naar onze zin te maken. Het ultieme vakantie-gevoel vind je hier.

Mooi en net huis en domein, goed onderhouden. Zeer behulpzame eigenaars, Susanna die Engels praatte. Prima 14-daagse gehad om batterijen terug op te laden. Orvieto is een mooie stad om zowel overdag als ‘s avonds rond te lopen. Zeker een aanrader.

Meravigliosa Vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima proprietà.(due adulti e un bimbo di 7 anni) La casa e’ veramente bella, dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, tenuta perfettamente. L’area esterna poi è qualcosa di spettacolare per dimensioni, bellezza, tranquillità. La piscina e’ fantastica e pulitissima. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi, veramente belle persone. E’ uno di quei posti in cui torneresti subito…. Un caro saluto a Susanna e alla famiglia da parte di tutti noi.

Fantastic place for a holiday

I would highly recommend this villa. The owners were very helpful and friendly and made the check-in and check-out very easy. The villa itself was beautifully clean and very spacious. We had the pool and grounds all to ourselves. Although we didn't have any kids with us, it would be a good property for families with kids as there is a reasonable sized field in the grounds where kids could play and there is a paved path which runs around the perimeter of the property which was great for a morning run. Although there is a country road which runs down one side of the property, the traffic noise is minimal and there is complete privacy due to two layers of hedges surrounding the pool. There are several areas to choose from to sit and relax and eat outside and the views across the valley are gorgeous. Definitely a great place to stay.
