Warm welcome by the owners. Property is very hard to find, do not follow googlemaps, but check signposts to agriturismo Bagnolese (nearby). Last mile is in prety bad condition.
Very tastefully decorated, great pool area, spacious kitchen and utilities room, nice rooms with a bathroom each. Perfect for a group of adults or large family with grown-up kids who like to wine, dine, read and play games (like us). As the whole property is well fenched, our dog could take a strawl himself, but go nowhere outside the property.
Orte area is not touristic, but the small village on the rock is worth a visit for the atmosphere and good/cheap pizzas. Easy to get to Viterbo, Orvieto, Perugia or Rome.
