This beautiful house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The gorgeous views from a deck that has comfortable furniture. You also have wild turkeys that visit daily. Very enjoyable visit!

We loved this house, the view, and Orrs Island! Enjoyed lobster at nearby restaurants, the local candy/ice cream shop, hiking, and paddling kayaks on the bay. A great August vacation!

Excellent house and host!

Our group of 3 couples have been coming to the Maine coast for 20 years! We’ve been to Orr’s Island many times over all these years, and love it! Sheri the host was so helpful, and left great instructions for everything in the house. The house is so nicely done, and has a wonderful deck and view. Great new kitchen with everything you need. The weather was not on our side this year, and we were fogged in for most of our stay. We still had a good time, and found it very relaxing. The central air was great because it was so humid! All the beds were comfortable too. Some of our older children also rented the cottage below our place. (Same host) That place is such a great traditional cottage with a fieldstone fireplace, but a nice updated kitchen and bath. Charming! I would highly recommend both houses! Until next year!

This house is truly top of the line! Everything was pristinely clean, decorated so pretty and was even better than the listing. It was well stocked with anything we might need. The view from the balcony was stunning!

The home was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Even on a rainy day, it was a nice, relaxing vacation. Orr's Island is close to so many things - nature, shopping, and eating. Highly recommend the Dolphin Marina Restaurant and Cook's Lobster & Ale House.

Amazing Property!

We did a family vacation with our grown kids. This home and view is BEAUTIFUL!!! They thought of everything when they finished this place. While we were staying, we were thinking of different people we could share this with in the future. Anyone who stays here is fortunate!

Just Perfect

We could not have been more pleased with this house for our 3-generation family vacation. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed, out performs our expectations based on pictures alone, the beds were comfortable, each room has individual A/C, and you cannot beat the view, especially at sunset! The location is peaceful and easy to access from the main land but gets you far enough that you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly what we wanted. I could go on but just trust me, you will not regret booking here!

Just Perfect

Our family stay with us (grandparents) for the weekend. The layout was perfect as we had the downstairs bedroom, as we are early risers and able to let all sleep in upstairs. Then the open concept and deck was just perfect for all to gather. Extremely clean, and well stocked with a beautiful view to take in. Highly recommend!

Girls get away

Me, my daughter, daughter in law and two teenage granddaughters had a wonderful girls get away. We all had life stuff going on and a much needed break was in order. The house fit our needs very well and were all extremely comfortable. Would definitely go back to the house and loved the area. The host was excellent to communicate with.

Beautiful Comfortable Home with Great Views

Epilogue was perfect for our weekend to visit with family. The house was recently constructed and is stylish, clean and functional throughout. We spent a lot of time on the great outdoor deck with ample seating for our group just watching the boats go by and sipping a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedrooms are very comfortable (great views from the two upstairs). We are frequent visitors to Maine and Orrs Island is a new find for us. A beautiful spot, less crowded and touristy than Boothbay with great walks nearby and good. restaurants. Hope to have a chance to return.
