Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 42 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on different floors and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The flats can be located on the ground, first or second floor. All have a separate entrance. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 single bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and I bagni posso avere doccia oppure vasca da bagno.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Holiday resort
Reception. The reception is located at the Sos Alinos Residence, about 1 km from the apartments. Open from 9:00–12:30 and 17:00–19:30. For arrivals between 19:30 and 23:00, a surcharge of €60 applies, which must be notified in advance.

Sos Alinos. The holiday flat is located in a hotel complex, on an open plot with shrubs and trees. The flats furnished in Sardinian style are located on the ground floor, first or second floor. They are equipped with a separate entrance and are spread across two buildings. Almost all have an equipped outdoor area, a balcony on the upper floors or a veranda if they are on the ground floor. The flats are distributed across two newly built buildings that are about 500 metres apart. They are in a quiet location, about 1.6 km from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 300 m. For a relaxed holiday, a car is recommended. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 2 km in Cala Liberotto. Airport in Olbia 75 km. In summer: Swimming opportunity (beach 1.6 km in Cala Liberotto with sand).
