Hello,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, communication, or the services that were advertised. This situation caused significant inconvenience and negatively impacted our overall experience.
Approximately a week and a half before our arrival, I attempted to contact you three times to clarify which items were included in the rental and what we needed to bring, as this information was not clearly indicated in the listing. I did not receive any response.
Upon arrival, the room was clearly not clean (beer cans were left behind and the overall condition was poorly maintained). We tried to contact you immediately, but received no response. As there was no elevator available, my son and I had to carry all of our belongings up to the third floor.
After we had moved everything and settled in, you called to offer an upgrade. Considering the effort already made, I explained that I needed time to discuss it with my son before moving everything again. We attempted to call you back to confirm, but again received no response.
We eventually went to the second location offered, where there was a strong and persistent fish oil smell.
In addition, we encountered numerous serious issues related to cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and safety, including:
* Very dirty dishcloths
* No serviettes available
* No facecloths provided
* Stained bath towels
