"After spending a day out and about, we checked in late and were disappointed to find two pillows (one was decorative) on a king sized bed for two people. And even more annoying was that it had stains all over it. Bedding was old, stained and wrinkled. Host dropped off more pillows the following day which was appreciated. We also noticed that the place was not very clean. There was a huge chunk of hair in the shower drain, soap dish was dirt, mold around the shower. Coffee maker looked like it...

"I think the host was a bot - detailed information that was well-timed, but did not respond to messages or phone calls."

"Was a nice little condo to stay in! Perhaps having ice available would be nice for drinks, and have more towels and bigger towels to use would have been nice. Overall good place for a night away! "

"Good communication before and during our stay. Nice area and amenities. Everything was clean. Some areas of suite are starting to show signs of wear and tear. "

"It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. "
