Spacious Oceanfront House has Private Pool, Ocean Deck and Panoramic Ocean Views

  • Oceanfront house directly across from the beach with a private ocean deck and private ocean access. Privacy walled pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 king beds, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The bedroom overlooking the pool has its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share the other 2 baths. There is a private gated pool area and picnic table area for family entertainment. Just walk across the street to the beach and enjoy your own private ocean deck and private beach access. You'll love the easy-going, relaxing pace and friendly people of Ormond by the Sea! There is plenty to do nearby. Open-air restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment are just a short drive or walk away. Maximum 2 cars. No smoking. One dog only under 20 lbs. is permitted with an additional $100 pet fee. Sorry, dogs are not permitted on Volusia County public beaches. There is no option to heat the pool and there is no hot tub.

The host responded immediately, I wish everyone was as responsive as he is. The house is literally right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.

Excellent Property with a great location. Only 4 miles to Ormond and Daytona, but remote enough that you feel like you are in an oasis.

Florida vacation

We had a great week in Ormond Beach. The location is perfect, quiet relaxing area, yet close to all amenities. The house was very spacious and everything needed for a week away was supplied. The pool area had plenty of seating and the private pool was perfect for our group.

Another Great Stay

Our second stay was as enjoyable as the first. We had a very nice family vacation in spite of spotty weather. Judy is a great host!

Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful home in a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend. The owners and management were responsive and communicated very well. Two thumbs up!

Ormond Beach Family Stay

This was a great spot for us to gather for Spring Break! The house was spacious, the kitchen was very well appointed, the almost private beach was steps away—it all made for a fabulous time. Highly recommend if you want to be away from the high rise, beach store madness. The sunrises were spectacular every day!

Private yet close to everything

I loved the quiet beach and private pool, yet we were close to shops and restaurants. It was me, my husband and four teenagers. The home was spacious, clean and we can’t wait to book again!

Great place ocean front great sunrises.

The stay was great the only thing I would change for me was to go later in the year because of the non heated pool was a bit on the cool side till the last couple of days of my stay.

Look no further! This is our second time booking this property for our annual family beach vacation! Perfect location, property just as described, very attentive owner and management. Local restaurants within a short drive. Non commercialized area- perfect for families. We couldn’t get our 2 and 4 year old out of the pool (fenced in!!). We plan to stay a week next summer too!

Excellent Host, House & Location

We all LOVED our week long stay here. The house was clean and provided many amenities (ex. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, tea bags, seasonings, beach towels, boogie boards and more) that other rentals have not included. The beach is quiet and just across the street (2 lane road). I did reach out to the hosts a couple of times and they were VERY quick to respond and were very attentive.

The Ocean Was Lovely

The house needs some tender loving care. We loved that we could seat at least 6 at the dinning table. There were enough beds to sleep and enough restrooms.

Perfect location and house for our family vacation!

We have been vacationing in Ormond for almost twenty years and this is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house has everything you might need and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren to practice swimming. The beach and amenities couldn’t be any more convenient. Looking forward to next year!

The house was spacious but the furniture very used. The lock key pads never worked and we had to be trading keys all weekend. Pool was very dirty even after the weekly service. The floor of the pool needed to be cleaned and the surface had many items not skimming off. It was very loud with the busy road in front at night but the main noise was a gurgling all day/night from the pool equipment. We could all hear it throughout the house. It was wonderful being across the street from the beach and just down the street from our family we were visiting. We thought the price was a lot for the value/condition of the house.

Happy happy on the beach

The house is spacious, equipped, and clean. The host notified us several weeks in advance that sea wall construction could affect our stay. So they offered a full refund. We decided to go ahead anyway, and the construction had a minimal impact on our stay. It was interesting to watch the equipment at work.

Incredible ocean views!

Everything was great but my favorite thing was the private deck on the beach! You do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that didnt bother us at all. We drank our coffee on the deck every morning and watched dolphins play in the water! We were surprised that we even saw two orcas out jumping around! It was priceless! Wanted to book again next year but it is already booked for April!
