Family beach house vacation

We are a very close, multigenerational family who truly treasure these special times together, especially as it becomes more challenging to execute well as the families grow and times change. That is why we are so grateful to Shawna and her parents for sharing their fabulous home with us. From the beachfront location, to the terrific pool, deck area, and outdoor kitchen & grill & firepit, the endless porches and beautiful views, the plethora of large spaces for all of us to hang out together, bedrooms and bathrooms to conveniently accommodate everyone, and a house & garage stocked with everything to make a vacation easy & fun! The entire booking, check-in, owner communication (with the very sweet Shawna), and check-out all effortless. Bottom line, we absolutely loved our stay and will hopefully get opportunities in the future to return. 5 stars across the board, and thanks again! The Fogel, Shortsleeve & Benner family

Great time for our family vacation

This was our first time to Ormond Beach & this house was perfect for us! Shawna was very responsive to our needs & we are hoping to stay here again next year! Very special for us to spend quality time with our children & grandchildren. Was perfect for our family- private, quiet and very comfortable! Home is beautiful!

Beautiful Home!

There's not enough room here to explain how great this home is! So beautiful that my now husband and i got married on the beach, in the morning across the street!!! There was pleanty of room for all of us. The home was extremely clean with lots of extra supplies in case we forgot something. That was a major plus. The extra ice maker to fill our coolers was a great touch to refill our coolers on hot days. Great communication with the property manager who is extremely sweet and thoughtful. Can't wait to stay here again with our family.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Where do I start? There is so much I could say about this vacation home. Our family absolutely loved this home! The views of the ocean from the home are beautiful! The pool was warm (the family really appreciated this). The outdoor bar, bathroom, ice maker and extra refrigerator are AWESOME! This property has so many amenities and extras! We were impressed with how everything was thought of. From the little things in the kitchen like spices, Tupperware for leftovers, dish soap and the nicest pots and pans we have ever seen in a vacation rental home to all the beach chairs and umbrellas to laundry detergent. It was so nice to not have to worry about bringing or buying those things! Shawna, the property manager, is so nice and easy to work with. She’s very helpful answered our questions in a timely manner. My family would definitely love to come back and stay at this home again. Thanks for sharing your home with us for the week!

Love this amazing beach house. Everything just perfect, from the ocean view on the balcony to the pool. Many night just on the porch or talking on the couch. Enjoyed the time with family & friends just being together at this beautiful place. Shawna is the best vrbo experience every!!

Annual Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at “Seas the Day” on Ormond Beach. Shawna was an incredible host who went out of her way to make our stay as perfect as possible. She sent us pictures of things included in the house, provided us with recommendations of local attractions and restaurants and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. By far, the best host our family has worked with! The house was equipped with everything you need and you can seriously pack just your clothes! There were tons of beach essentials, all the household appliances you could need (especially the awesome margaritaville machine!), and plenty of space for all of the family to feel comfortable! The proximity to the beach is incredible! Literally walk out the door, cross the street (which isn’t too busy) and walk down the steps onto the sand!

Beautiful Family Beach Vacation

The perfect spot for our family of twelve to vacation together. It was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners and the bar area with a pool table was nice for the adults to relax. The beach view from all the decks was amazing! The pool was also a great time for the kids when they were finished with the beach. Definitely a top notch vacation choice!

Christmas on the Beach!

This gorgeous house was a perfect spot for our extended family (12 people - from toddlers to grandparents) to celebrate Christmas and spend a week together. Shawna was an absolute gem - best host I have ever worked with! The house was under some construction when we were there, but Shawna worked with us to find solutions to all our concerns. The location was so great - right across from the beach and in between Daytona and St. Augustine if you want shopping or day trip activities. The house itself is great for a large group - lots of space inside and out to spread out or gather together. We loved having the outdoor pool for lazy afternoons and swimming with the little ones. All in all - a great trip and we can't wait to go back!

Perfection

We had a wonderful week in this fully equipped, spacious home. This was our yearly family vacation and was by far one of the best. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of us (10) and room for us to congregate to swim, play pool, watch television or play board games. The location is perfect…easy beach access and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We will return.

Great house!!

This property and the manager were wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Directly across from a beach access, close enough to stores to go out and get something but far enough away to not have tons of traffic. The outdoor kitchen area by the pool was great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
