Ormond Beach is a quieter beachside town, home mostly to full-time and seasonal residents. It offers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still being just a 15 to 20 minute drive from most of Daytona Beach's popular attractions and events.

This newly updated home sits just a block from the beach, about a 3 minute walk. Your beach access point is at Tom Renick Park, which offers restrooms, picnic facilities, an ice cream shop, parking and a playground. Within a 2 to 3 minute walk you'll find the Salty Mermaid, Dollar General and Frank's Place, and within 4 to 5 minutes you'll reach a surf shop with rentals, a bakery, a diner, a pizza place, a BBQ restaurant and many more shops. A Publix shopping center with local restaurants and Bealls is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. Head about 8 to 9 minutes straight down the street and you'll reach a riverside park with a public dock and parking, perfect for fishing or launching a kayak or paddleboard. A paddleboard and a bike are even included with your stay!

Whether you're escaping the cold up north, in town for a long vacation or here on business, this home has everything you need. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright living room with relaxing furnishings and a smart TV. Continue into the remodeled galley kitchen with updated appliances, where an abundance of windows fills the fully stocked kitchen with natural sunlight. Past the kitchen, the dining room is completely surrounded by windows, with shades included for those warmer days. For added convenience, the home also includes a laundry room.

When you're ready to recharge after a day of fun in the sun, head to the home's 3 bedrooms. Every bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV, and one bedroom also includes an office corner for remote work. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the other has a remodeled walk-in shower with a low ledge. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

From the dining room, step outside to soak in the Florida sunshine. The covered, screened patio offers a grill and cozy outdoor seating where you can relax and breathe in the ocean air. The private back and side yard features a beautiful paver pathway with more outdoor seating, and the yard is fully fenced, perfect if you're bringing a small dog or two. In the side yard, a truly luxurious outdoor shower is ready to rinse off sandy toes and beach gear. You haven't lived until you've taken an outdoor shower after a beach day!

This home is pet-friendly for up to two small dogs (dogs only), with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. The pet fee for the duration of the stay is $250 for one dog or $400 for two dogs. Because this is an optional fee, it is added after booking and will not be shown in your online quote.

This home does not have a garage, but the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed in the city, so guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
