Condo was beautiful and just as pictured. Being on the first floor right by the pool and steps to the beach makes it that much better! Dan was an incredible host and was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at this property for 4 years in a row. Great location, we love it because it’s on the 1st floor. The beach is beautiful. They need to upgrade the walk-in shower and the patio furniture.

Convenient location

Booked last minute. Usually stay on the Gulf coast but this was easier to shuttle back and forth to visit a relatives in Orlando. We wished the weather was nicer but that’s not Dan’s fault

Will definitely be back

Our stay was cut short due to the hurricane but it was a lovely place. It was across the street, short walk, from restaurant and grocery store. Our host was very accommodating and understanding of our needs.

Nice Relaxing Clean and Welcoming

Condo is well kept, clean, and welcoming. Pool and beach access were exactly what we were looking for. Location is relaxing and everyone in the condo building were nice and accommodating. Entire facility is clean and well kept.

Excellent Stay - All as promised

My family and I were in town for Spring Break, but wanted something a bit removed from the height of the action. This place definitely delivered! It was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable, and the location was outstanding. We loved that we could walk right out to the pool and then, in just a few steps, find ourselves on a magnificent beach. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, but with plenty around. We ran into a few long-term residents and had a great time chatting with them. Everyone was super friendly. Finally, communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if I come back to the area.

Absolutely perfect !!!

The property is better than described. Perfect location, the view is beautiful, beds are comfortable. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. My mother is in her late 70's and felt very safe here. No complaints....perfect vacation!

Nice unit, plan to use it again

Unit is continently located across the road from a good breakfast restaurant and grocery store. Reserved parking spot is twenty feet from the front door. Unit has a fenced in patio with a gate that leads to the common area and the beach. Not beach front but it just steps away.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with linens, and paper products. Located on a quiet section of A1A. Shopping was conveniently located across the street. Would not hesitate to stay hear again.

Really nice.

We really enjoyed this room. The owner was great with communication. We liked that we were so close to the pool and had a reserved parking spot right outside. The only real downside to this room that isnt really even a downside is the second bedroom only has one big bed instead of two small. Again, not really a downside and a positive for some people but figured it was worth noting. All in all great room.

Perfect Oceanfront Oasis!

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and it won't be our last! Condo is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated with comfy furnishings and beachy decor, fully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! Only a few steps to the pool and ocean with amazing views of both from the patio! The Indies House properties are meticulously landscaped and maintained! Love the peace and quiet of the area and the convenience of the shops across the street! I highly recommend this property as it is perfect in every way!
