Did not have an issue with the Holiday Inn property… but the surrounding neighborhood is a little run down.

Hotel was great the breakfast was the same both days that we stayed and it was not very good everything tasted synthetic and not very many options to choose from the hotel is located next to a motel and the share the same driveway which when you first pull up you might begin to rethink your stay but once you make it to the hotel it’s wonderful staff was nice hotel was quite the bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious the bathroom is a little tight but it wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall great stay.

The drive way to get to the hotel is very old. You have to drive through the parking lot of another hotel and the lot is very full of potholes and makes you worry about the state of the hotel. But once you get to the hotel, it was a wonderful experience. The people were very nice.

I don’t feel it lives up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Difficulty in getting housekeeping. Elevator is questionable. Inspection certificate expired in 2021.

Had two rooms The tile floors in both were dirty. When asked about them I was told it was because of what they sealed the tile with. Either way , the floors were so bad that we checked out a day early. S/N one morning we went to get breakfast to hear that the pancake machine was not working. Bummer

We are truly sorry about the tile being dirty in both the rooms, we are happy to say we have a tile company recleaning each room and public areas. Occasionally the pancake machine will have belt issues, however we haven't had this problem since we ordered and replaced the belts. We do hope if your in the area you give us another try!

This is an interesting place. New hotel located behind an old Econo Inn or whatever it is. You must drive through the old hotel lot to get to the new hotel. Room was clean and comfortable but spartan in furnishings. The tile in bath and foyer appeared dirty but conclusion is sloppy work of tile setters made it look this way.

Dwayne at the front desk when we arrived was so charming and funny. The breakfast was good...fresh bacon made my toddler happy. Room was nicely decorated and large. Overall great. Only complaint was that the shower curtain on the inside hadnt been cleaned thoroughly and was icky.

Nice, clean, and quick! Despite an issue with the booking the attendant got me into a room under 3 minutes and solved the issue himself without further input. Breakfast was great and the staff kept the bacon flowing.

Quiet and relaxing for its area. Clean, cozy and variety of good tunes on the speakers lol. Evening staff of Dwayne (hope i spelled that correct) and Jessica were and are great/very helpful in all my weird room key error issues lol. Overal a great stay for 3 weeks si far.

This place is very clean. Looks new. Good breakfast. There are conflicting reviews about parking. There is parking onsite and it’s free. We just stayed last night. It is tucked behind another not so great looking hotel but we had no trouble finding it at all. Conveniently right off 95. Very friendly employees. The clerk who checked us in was awesome. He accommodated me needing another room last minute. Quiet, slept great. There is Dove body wash/shampoo/conditioner in showers. Would stay here again. Only mild complaint I guess is the elevator. It worked but it didn’t sound great when in use. Haha. Not a big deal.

This hotel was excellent. We stayed in one of the suites - it was extremely comfortable for our family of 7. The only mild annoyance was the shower. The position of the water head was odd. It was obviously for handicapped accessible usage, but the entire bathroom was soaked no matter how careful we were. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful.

Located behind a rundown hotel. It is new and so it was clean and spacious. Though I would never stay here again- the walls are paper thin and I got no sleep at all. I could hear the people on the side talking, using the bathroom, slamming doors. After a long day on the road- I just wanted a good nights rest. Breakfast was mediocre.

This is very neat and new property. Rooms and lobby area are clean and well maintained. Staff is very nice. Good options for the breakfast as well. Hotel is behind other average hotel and you have to drive by that hotel/road which isn't well maintained.
