We have stayed at the Van Lee for several years, always a 3 bedroom as kids/grandkids stay with us. We came by ourselves this time and are coming back in July for a family trip again in a 3-bedroom unit. Everything was as expected, had everything we needed, had fun and will keep coming back in future years.

Amazing place on the beach!

The property was fantastic! The view from the balcony was amazing, great place to have coffee and watch dolphins in the morning! We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and we came for an event at the Daytona speedway and it was only a 25 min drive from the condo. The hosts were fantastic, gave us an opportunity to check in early and let us stay a little later which was perfect as our flight was later in the day. Great place to stay!!

Wonderful views of Atlantic!!

We had a wonderful stay at this 11th floor Beachfront condo. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. The reclining sofa in living room is huge and very comfortable. Beds are as well. Highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy some relaxation. Alicia is very prompt with communication and will address anything you need. Can't wait to come back again!!

Excellent service and location

My wife and I have stayed at this condo complex many times and always enjoyed it - this trip with this particular condo was no exception. 11th floor view and everything (A/C, appliances, checkin/out process, washer/dryer, etc) worked well and smoothly. Only potential negatives are that this condo isn’t the most updated and only 1 of the 2 elevators was operational during the week we were there. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and Alicia was an excellent communicator! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This was our first time at this condo and we were very happy with the location and all the amenities this condo has for the beach. Our family really enjoyed being on the 11th floor of the Tower and everyone was so polite and pleasant. The place was so clean and the furniture is extremely comfortable. Thanks so much for the perfect family vacation spot.

My Home Away From Home

Just spent three weeks in this luxurious condo in April, 2010. Can't say enough about these fabulous condominium. The view is absolutely fantastic! Everything you could possibly need is right there (and then some). This is our second year to spend there and we have already booked it again for next April for another fabulous three weeks. Always hate to leave when our time is up, but there is always next year. There are many wonderful restaurants close by, and close enough to Disney World, the Daytona 500, and Kennedy Space Center to enjoy a day of sightseeing. Also in walking distance of a great new Publix Grocery Store. You don't have to want for anything while you are staying in this condominium at this perfect location. Can't wait to go back next year.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condo. It is a beautiful condo, appointed with everything you need. It was wonderful watching the sun rise with a nice cup of coffee and watching the dolphins play. The view is spectacular. Close to the condo you will find plenty to do and some really great restaurants. They had a great comment book in the condo with recommendations which we took advantage of frequently. We would definitely return! A great place to vacation for a romantic trip or a fun family place it really had it all.

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS CONDO...

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS CONDO 3 TIMES OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, AND IT ONLY GETS BETTER. RECENT RENOVATIONS SUCH AS NEW FURNITURE & FLOORING ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE BALCONY IS THE BEST...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL.

What a great place! Everything you need right there. View is unbelievable and one year there were sea turtle nests being protected by tape. A great chance to educate our children about protecting our environment, resources and animals.
