Paradise in Ormond Beach

Our vacay was one of the best ever thanks to Tim's property in Ormond Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated had everything we needed for our stay, and the location is perfect! We were close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping. The beach is amazing, there were only a few walkers, fisherman, and sunbathers each day. We will be back!

Perfect Place /Bad Timing

This condo is amazing AND WE LOVED IT! THIS CONDO IS TOP NOTCH! It was under construction and we tried to make it work but it was constant work down low and high! WE had no view! However , the owner of this place was amazing and made it amazing! WE want to return under no construction and enjoy it beauties! It was no ones fault just bad timing and a beautiful condo! Highly Suggest you give this place a try! Best Condo , Best Owner, even under worst timing! Beautiful Place 100%! He returned 3 days rent and didn't have to! That speaks volumes and please rent his place because it would have 100% amazing without the construction and upgrades! Life throws curve balls and we chose to make lemonade with lemons! Overall Rating, 120% Thank YOU for Being AMAzing!

The location was fantastic, getting up to see the sunrise and ocean on our own balcony was great. The place was well laid out and meticulously maintained. One of the best places we have ever stayed and would go back without hesitation. No complaints or suggestions for improvements.

Amazing Beach Access

Loved this property! Had the best beach access (just across the street). Property owner also had beach chairs and boards that were available for use - thank goodness as my son left his board at home! The living room was super comfy - we enjoyed watching movies on the couch each night. Love the proximity to Flagler Beach restaurants. Had questions about parking when we arrived as there was some maintenance at the property. Owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful.

The view, the neighborhood, the privacy the unit was fully stocked better than any unit I have ever stayed. The pool was quiet. Most of the times when you stay places, the pool is crowded. It was just us and a few neighbors that lived there who were all very nice. We usually stay in PCB but we are going to be staying here from now on. The bed was a little hard for us, but my husband slept on the couch. The furniture was so comfy. We absolutely loved it.

Great vacation spot

I really enjoyed this place. It’s very well stocked with everything!! Could be because of weather but the sand is not really for kids to play in, but they did like the pool. And the garage is a plus but for small vehicles only.

Lovely beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to have our dog with us was great. Tim answered our questions immediately and was very friendly. He provided ALL the necessities we needed. Being across the street from the beach allowed us to have a great view! We will return!

Beauty at its finest

This was a nice quiet place to stay and spend time on the upstairs balcony looking out at the beautiful ocean. Even though it rained it still was awesome. The home was very well stocked with everything needed for the beach.

Great spot near beach

We were pleased overall with the unit and the location. Had our coffee every morning on the front patio looking at the beach. It was wonderful! Had a few questions and Tim was timely in answering. Neighbors were very welcoming and pleasant. We would rent this spot again.

This property was lovely. Just as pictured and described. Super clean and one of the best equipped VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable as well as great lounging sofa! More beach equipment that you can imagine! Also very well supplied: laundry detergent and dryer sheets, trash bags, coffee, etc. comfortable fit for a couple, one child.

Friendly Neighborhood and Responsive Team

We were greeted warmly by many people staying in the units that make up this condo property. It felt very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable. The ocean is just across the road and visible from the master and the patio. I gave 4 stars for check in because some information on the sheet was not correct. The owner provided two numbers for contact and both replied within seconds and we got things working. The owner also recommended many places to eat. Danielle came by to help us out late one evening. She's a great part of the team that takes care of you. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Plenty of room to relax, steps away from a very quiet beach, everything you need is in this condo from an abundance of towels, beach toys, soaps, cleaning supplies. It’s like we’re at home, everything is organized and convenient. No issues for us at all and great communication from Tim. Best VRBO so far!!
