Comfortable

The rental was comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable and that is a huge plus, stayed in many rentals where bed has not been comfy, so was overjoyed to be able to sleep great! The kids and the pets loved the yards. Would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation Home

The house is adorable, and the property is very clean, with great decor and furniture. I loved the welcoming gift of wine, chocolates and cookies. The backyard was very relaxing with music. Nice area close to a lot of things to do. 100% Satisfied

Wonderful

We’ve stayed here several times and we always love staying here. The house is the perfect layout for a family. The beach is a quick bike ride or walk away. The house has bikes, beach chairs and everything you will need. The backyard is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Very nice home to stay in. Close to restaurants and bars. Short walk to a beautiful beach. We love the area. Dogs loved the fenced in yard. Highly recommend this property. Nice quiet street.

Family beach stay

Had a great experience here. Very walkable to both the beach and river, which we visited every day. The house and backyard were great for what we needed - awesome for grilling and hanging out. Very comfortable inside as well and quite at night. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Perfect little getaway

Our stay with Chris was nothing short of perfect. The home was inviting from the time you pulled into the driveway. The interior was decorated beach and cozy and we were welcomed by a lovely basket of goodies. All beds were clean and comfortable, a great treat after being on your feet all day. Chris was amazing to communicate with and provided a list of restaurants and beach option which we took advantage of. 100% recommended property!

Amazing Yard!!

We loved the variety of seating areas in the back yard!! The very cute house is located right between the ocean and the river. Great for catching both sunrise and sunset! And, the owners have provided supplies to enjoy both (kayaks, bikes, beach chairs/mats). Highly recommend!!

Family Trip

We found this place almost by accident; we were originally booked at a house with a pool, but our 3 year old grandson just learned how to unlock doors, so we had to cancel the pool house. I am so glad that we did. This place checked all of our boxes-close to family, the beach, fenced-in yard, so we booked it. The pictures do not do it justice! The house had everything that we needed; was clean and well-stocked , and the location is beyond perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Home

This is a great home in Ormond Beach. The house is fully stocked and you will have everything you need. The layout of the home is perfect and we had plenty of space. It’s so nice to have a third bathroom. The yard is phenomenal. It has a great outdoor space to drink coffee in the morning and a fire pit to enjoy a fire at night. The host was wonderful and we look forward to booking again!

Ormond By the Sea

The house was clean and comfortable. It was a good location for us to explore the area. St Augustine, Blue Springs, Kennedy Space Center and Silver Springs. The walk to the beach was a little further than I anticipated. The backyard was awesome! We took advantage of the cooler weather and had several fires in the firepit. Publix is close by for when we needed food.

Perfect location/Quiet Neighborhood

The house was just what we needed. Bright, cheerful and welcoming. The owner was easy to communicate with, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Nice to have access to a garage that was perfect for the motorcycles. When we plan to return to the area I know Exactly where we want to stay 🏝️❤️

Wonderful Vacation Retreat

Loved this house for our 10-day stay in Ormond Beach.. updated thoroughly with very nice kitchen, living space, baths, bedrooms and especially the backyard. Yard "gazebo" was wonderful, along with outdoor furniture and firepit. Nice TV in living area, along with those in each bedroom. Beach items were plentiful with bikes, chairs, wheeled beach wagon, etc. Only 10-minute walk to beautiful beach. Very comfortable and had lot of supplies and treats already in cupboards and available to guests. Garage was used to park car out of the sun. Owner was responsive, friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting OB.

Wonderful stay

Great little house, just a short walk to beach. Super clean, and fully equipped. The backyard is amazing. It was our first experience with a vacation rental and everything went seamlessly. Chris is a great host quick to respond to any question. We look forward to returning the next time we visit Ormond Beach.
