Huge Front Patio with larger table and chairs to enjoy eating and relaxing in the Sea air, extends the living space. Back yard has table and chairs, for outdoor dining. A great firepit, and charcoal grill. Renovated house, throughout! Fully equipped Kitchen, spices, dishwasher, separate charming Dining Room and Breakfast Bar. Plush mattresses on all beds, ceiling fans in every room and desk for business. Living Room L-Shaped Couch. Reliable Internet access and desk for office work. T.V. with Firestick, Stereo system with C.D.'s, that sits atop a working electric fireplace. Washer/Dryer. Up to 6 guests can enjoy the property. We have toys, books and games for kids. AGE REQUIREMENT FOR YOUNG ADULT GROUPS IS 26 AND UP, HOWEVER FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS ARE WELCOME TO BOOK! Fully enclosed garage. Long driveway parking, as well as parking in front accommodating 2 cars or trailer. We offer beach chairs, towels, sunscreen & basic first aid items. Golf trip

This was the perfect place to stay for our family golf weekend the three bedrooms made it perfect for the four adults. They had everything we needed to have a great time.

Great Place

This is a beautiful home, totally quiet neighborhood, a convenient place to vacation. Beach right down the road, host has everything you need for beach comfort. Restaurants and stores close by. Definitely loved our stay there. I highly recommend this home.

Great long weekend at Ormond-by-the-Beach

We had a family weekend at Ormond-by-the-Sea and this property provided our family everything we needed. The distance to the beach was great and our family spent a lot of time enjoying all of the toys/gear provided to make our beach experience memorable. Would stay here again.

Great house near the beach

We had a great time. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The beach gear the house had was great. The kids enjoyed riding bikes also.

Perfect for our needs

Had everything we needed for a long weekend close to the beach. We didn’t have to worry about bringing coolers or chairs or anything like that because everything is provided. The house is comfortable and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Daytona stay

We loved staying at the beach house! Easy walking right to the beach with everything we needed. Large yard with an outdoor shower! Our family enjoyed the stay and the hosts were easy to reach when we needed and super friendly. Thanks again!

2024 Biketoberfest

The location worked out perfectly for us going to events. We had some issues with the electrical and internet but there was no fault of the owners as the hurricane had just happened previous week. The owners were very attentive to any of our needs and we're always available. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. We really liked having the bikes to use. Walk to the beach was short and the local restaurants were good. Thank you for a trip to remember!

Nice beach cottage but not in Daytona

It was nice little cottage. We did a search for Daytona beach and this showed up. Wish it was closer instead of driving back and forth every day.

We had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend here. Communication with Marylin was fantastic all the way through the process. Check in was a breeze and the property was exactly what we were looking for. We had my significant other and two teenagers as well as my mother with us and everyone had a great time. The location was a very short walk to the beach and the outside shower at the house was such a nice convenience for afterwards. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone to do their own thing when they wanted and space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this property if you are at all on the fence. Nice quiet neighborhood, shopping and restaurants close by, and an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Kids first sight of the ocean

My kids have never been to the ocean and i wanted to yake them for spring break. They had an AMAZING time. From taking a shower outside to get the sand off to snuggling on the couch watching a movie. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, it was amazing.
