    The Space:

    Our cheerful and comfortable home is located in desirable East Orleans, close to famous Nauset Beach and plenty of Outer Cape favorites. With everything conveniently located on one level, it’s an easy home base for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation.



    Inside, the large, updated kitchen has plenty of space for whipping up family favorites, while two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out and relax. Gather around the dining table for meals together, settle in for a movie after the beach, or simply enjoy some downtime between Cape adventures.



    The home comfortably sleeps six offering three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and its own en suite full bathroom with a tub and shower. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a second full bathroom with a shower. Window A/C units in each bedroom help keep everyone comfortable at night.



    Spend your days soaking up the sunshine at Nauset Beach, rent a kayak and launch it from Gilmans Landing (5 minute walk), shopping local boutiques, cruising the bike trail, or day-tripping to Provincetown. Back at home, rinse off in the outdoor shower, grill up some summertime favorites, and let the kids and family dog play in the large backyard.



    When evening rolls around, catch a Cape Cod Baseball League game or a local band concert before heading home to recharge for another day on the Cape. Book your stay and make this sweet East Orleans home your home base for your next Cape Cod getaway.

Perfect Cape house

This house was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean! Plenty of space for my family of four and my mother in law and the location was ideal to spend days at Nauset.

Sons wedding at Eastward Ho

Home was perfect for our family during the wedding celebrations. Very homey, towels soft, the larger table was helpful for the family dinners and game nights. Only concern is the twin beds were very hard and few extra fans would have been beneficial for air circulation.

Nestled in Nauset

We loved the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach and the cleanliness. One recommendation would be to spruce up the backyard, cut down the overgrown front landscaping and clean up the outdoor shower. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable, clean and the property maintenance was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

wonderful location

Wonderful place to stay in Orleans for our family. It was a great week and lots to do and the place was perfect for us. The back yard was great for relaxing at night and having a good meal. house is well kept only suggestion is having central air as the family room was quite hot with no ac. Bedrooms were good because they have window units. It was a hot week on the cape but so nice to get away . Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely Home Near Nauset Beach

We enjoyed a week in September at this home. It is very nice with large rooms, in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach and a fully equipped kitchen. Now, we love our coffee and tea (a lot), so needed to keep cleaning the mugs for the next round of beverages. A few more would be perfect! Thanks for letting us stay.

Vacation

Centrally located to everywhere west wanted and needed to be; spending time with friends from the area. Close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was very well equipped since I love to cook. Living room could use more reading lights and more sensor lights along walkway would have been helpful as it was dark when we would get back from being out for the evening. Otherwise no complaints! Would definitely rent again

Family Vaca

We love Orleans and we’re very happy to find this location. The house was spacious and just like the pictures. Very clean throughout. The bedrooms had window AC and it was very comfortable sleeping. It was a hot week so common areas a bit warm but tolerable. Kitchen well stocked. Great washer/dryer. Plenty of parking and the house was set back off the road so very private. Only thing to mention is more hangers in the closets would be helpful and bureaus in the guest rooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay Angela

Nice house, but 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no dresser to put clothes in, there were exposed wires, A/C consisted of only window units in the bedrooms- none in the living room , the ceiling in the basement next to the washer/dryer was falling down, the heater in the big bedroom (king bed) made loud clicking noises when heating making it hard to sleep and the window A/C unit had no cover.

The house is in a great location in Orleans. The house itself is very spacious and the common areas are comfortable and accommodated out family of 4 comfortably. However the house feels a little neglected. The kitchen is not well equipped. We like to rent a house so we can make our own breakfasts and pack lunches for our days out. There was not a complete place setting of flatware for 4 people, there was no food wrap or bags (which had we known we would have brought), the rest of the kitchen accessories were sparse. The master bath is in need of paint and there were some shades that when you pulled them down they fell out of the holders. The deck outside has a broken board. Given the price point of this house I was surprised at these elements.

Home away from home

We stayed at this wonderful home for 6 nights in mid-October (my husband, my elderly mother, her little Yorkshire Terrier, and myself). Check-in was quick and easy. The owner sent me several texts and emails throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. We never had an issue to communicate about but I'm sure that if we had, the owner would have been very responsive. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well provisioned. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The kitchen was modern and clean with all the accoutrements one would need to cook. Both bathrooms were modern and clean with excellent water pressure. The washer and dryer in the clean, dry basement came in handy. The home is centrally and conveniently located to multiple restaurants and shops. Breakfast at the Whisk and The Hole in One was delicious. Dinner at the Rail and Captain Jack's Pub was excellent as well. The ride to Provincetown was worth the amazing meal at The Lobster Pot. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider staying again when vacationing on Cape Cod.

Good location

First, this house is listed as air conditioned, but it only has window units in the bedrooms. The rest of the house gets hot. The house would be so much nicer if it was managed well. The bushes are so overgrown that you can’t see clearly out the front bay window and the entry way is crowded. There are ant traps placed all over the house, including in the food pantry and under the beds. In addition to ants, there were spiders and millipedes. Definitely needs an exterminator to spray the outside perimeter of the house. The two smaller bedrooms do not have bureaus and there were no hangers for the closets. We were there for two weeks, so people staying in those rooms had to live out of their suitcases. When I called Del Mar the management company, asking for hangers, they told me to go buy them myself and they would reimburse me. They also failed to let us know in advance that a contractor was coming to work on something. The wooden bed frames in one of the rooms were on wheels and extremely rickety They moved every time the sleeper rolled over. Great location, though and the neighborhood is nice. Overall, minor inconveniences but for what we paid, we expected better. Will not rent from Del Mar again.

Great getaway place!

Spent 6 days in Cape Cod and picked Orleans for the central location to the places we wanted to visit. The house was perfect for our group and cozy and comfortable. Property management was better than 5 stars. They checked in by text to make sure our stay was going well and even gave us a direct contact for issues or questions. Outstanding!

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Very easy access to beach, orleans and chatham. Great wifi and tv too. Functional and nice. Lots of space. We had 5 adults.

Honest assessment

This property was in a great location and had plenty of space for our family. The damp rid units in all closets were full and moldy. The basement was also very damp and moldy, only entered for laundry use. There were no functional beach chairs which was disappointing. The kitchen was spacious, although the ants were a problem and some food was lost. Not sure we would return to this property given the cost and fees compared to others in the area.

Beautiful home & location

We loved the house. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The neighbor is A+ and a convenient mid-Cape location. DelMar Property Management was a pleasure to deal with. I will always choose their properties in the future. Our only note is that there were no dressers in the secondary bedrooms or luggage racks. There's plenty of space to add them and I hope DelMar addresses that. It was a disaster keeping those rooms organized. I suggest adding a mirror, as well. It's the only thing that prevented us from giving a 5-star review. Other that, we all wished we owned this lovely home. 😍

Great house with lots or room!

This house has lots of space - especially the great room, kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. Good location and very quiet neighborhood and a bonus they take dogs!

Nice common space

Bunny Patch had nice common spaces and Master bedroom. The guest bedrooms were small with very limited storage and very few hangers. Lighting was dim in bedrooms as well
