Our family enjoyed our stay . Plenty of room for the family and close to all the parks and attractions. The address is Clermont, FL, but it is closer to Kissimmee, FL. Communication with the owner was fantastic.

Family Birthday Celebration

Location was very close to Disney Parks and other entertainment. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms for eight of us. Pool and grill area allowed for outdoor living while others enjoyed the indoor space. We all had a very nice stay. Thank you!

Good place for the price

The house met our needs and the kids loved the pool. The property manager was quick to respond to our requests and we had a great time overall. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is close to amenities like Walmart and fast food restaurants.

Nice House

This was our 1st family Christmas vacation and we felt very comfortable in the home. Nice spacious rooms and enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Although, I would highly recommend replacing the linens and 2 of the tv's did not work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice house for our Florida stay

We spent over a week here with our 8 adult kids and spouses. It was big enough that we didn't feel too crowded. The property management team was very responsive to any concerns we had. The house was clean and ready for us and the pool was warm to allow swimming no matter the weather. However, some of the furnishings and carpet are outdated and linens are worn (frayed towels and bed sheets). The kitchen was lacking some basic supplies that would have made cooking easier.

Great location and tidy villa

Sunshine villa was great. Communication from Helen the owner was great. Really fast responses location is perfect and neighbourhood really nice. Stayed 3 weeks and loved it. Few niggles, neighbours noisy for a day or so but not owners fault. Blinds not working in bedroom but that's ok. Previous cleaning was not great but again fine. Villa probably needs a bit of a freshen up paint and stuff but everything working fine. Definitely coming back due to owners being amazing. Thanks loved ut

Property needs new carpet. The game room only had a pool table that was hard to use because it is in a tiny space, the air hockey table did not work and there was no basketball table like in the pictures. Would be nice to have more hand towels and wash clothes available. All and all we still enjoyed our stay and made lots of memories.

Disney family trip

We enjoyed our stay. Though we didn’t get to enjoy the house much it was accommodating. We had nine total people. Plenty of room. Six adults three kids. Every adult couple had their own bedroom/bathroom. The boys shared a room and the lucky only girl got a room to herself. Definitely would recommend. If we need a house that big again would certainly be back. Close to Disney and to other stores if needed supplies or food. Thanks for a great vacation. Happy new year!!!

Great location, but needs some TLC

Pros: great location, quiet neighborhood, spacious house, lots of room to accommodate multiple families, large dining table, awesome pool, great appliance access (dishwasher, washer & dryer), downstairs beds very comfortable Cons: house in need of major TLC, several broken items throughout the house (blinds, fridge drawers, air hockey table in game room, etc.), house could use a good deep clean (carpet, air filtration system, dusting, etc.), all single beds should be updated as they were very uncomfortable and noisy, management company was responsive, but didn't address our concerns during our 1-month stay, recycling bin was missing Overall, would definitely stay here again if cons list was addressed. Owners were also very responsive in remediating flagged issues in a timely manner.

Bad experience

Everything was fine at first then the day before leaving the dresser in the children's room along with the tv fell on our little one, thank God he was not hurt. The dresser was NEVER secured to the wall. I contacted owner and property manager and someone was sent over to secure the dresser;however, in the process we had an iphone charging in that room and it went missing after the handyman left. I contacted them again about this but was told he did'nt take it....we have a tracker on it its all over the place within that area. The very same day was going to be our pool day but the pool was neon green. Such a disappointment. We were told that we had told wait 2 hrs after chemicals were put in to swim which was 6:30 at night but it would be clear the next day which was when we were leaving. The owner of this property was fine; however. the property manager needs to get it together. Our little one could have been seriously injured over a simple fix and as far as our phone goes we still dont have it back and probably won't. NOT HAPPY!!

Security Issues, Poor Maintenance, and Inadequate Response from Property Manager/Host

Our recent stay was disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues. The electronic door lock was malfunctioning upon arrival, unlocking without any code entry - a serious safety concern. We used our travel toolkit to disconnect the lock's battery to secure the home overnight and used a physical key until it was fixed the next day.Basic promised amenities were missing: bathrooms lacked toilet paper and hand soap, requiring us to purchase these essentials late on check-in night. While some supplies arrived with the lock repair the next day, we'd already bought our own.The property's cleanliness was substandard. We found food debris on kitchen floors, a soiled refrigerator, a used earplug in an upstairs bedroom, and visibly dirty blankets. Several maintenance issues existed: a broken dishwasher, malfunctioning freezer ice maker, dead batteries in a smoke/CO detector, and a severely clogged HVAC filter that wasn't replaced when the lock was addressed.Despite immediately reporting most of these issues with photos through VRBO's app at check-in, only the door lock was properly addressed. The property manager's minimal response to our concerns and the host's lack of apology was particularly disappointing. Note that VRBO's review character limit prevents sharing all documented issues.While this property has potential, it needs significant cleanliness, maintenance, and guest support improvements. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying here and would not return.

Ask questions before booking

Just completed a four night stay. Our hosts Helen and Bill were very good about communicating back and forth. Unfortunately, we did have some issues. The hot tub did not work and wasn’t able to be fixed before left but our hosts did say they would refund $350.00. The pool was heated but no light for night swimming and that was the only time the kids were able to use it since we were at the parks all day. The ice maker and refrigerator light didn’t work, nor did the stove light. The carpets were badly stained and bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well. There wasn’t fresh rolls of toilet paper so we ran out quick and had to go get some from the store. The hot water runs out very quickly. The house sleeps 10 but everyone took turns taking their shower first because normally we were mostly taking cold showers. The hot water heater just wasn’t big enough to keep up. We, also, did kill a roach before leaving. All this stuff was related to our host, not in anger but just informational so these can be fixed soon, hopefully before the next guests. They acknowledge and was going to relay to the property manager. So just double check and ask about these things before reserving. Other than this, the neighborhood was nice, the location was perfect. Very close to anything u needed and the parks. If the issues were taking care of I definitely would stay again.

Beautiful House with all the comforts for a Disney Holiday

Bill & Helen´s was a perfect fit for us. We were four adults a three kids (12, 12, and 14 y/o) on a Disney Holiday. The confortable beds, spacious rooms and numerous bathrooms plus a big kitchen fully equipped and a large living area made it super confortable. Even when hurricane Matthew seemed to be coming our way we were confortable and in constant contact with Bill & Helen (eventually Matthew decided another path and it went no further that a storm and one day inside). For the seven of us Bill & Helen´s quickly became home and we enjoyed the heated pool and the confortable house after a full day at the parks. The neighbourhood is very well located (20 to 35 minutes from the parks), with a 24 hs WalMart 5 minutes away and local shops also within a 5/10 minutes drive (Pizza, Wings, Grill, Italian, Greek , Japanese, Chinese, Ice cream plus all the big chains (McD, BK, Taco Bell, KFC, etc) plus the Malls in the Orlando area for a little shopping. I must highlight how smooth everything went in dealing with Bill & Helen , from the first contact throughout our stay and even when we needed two extra days and the house was already booked they put us in contact with some colleagues and we sorted out our extra days within hours. Good people, good house. Highly recommend.

Clean spacious home

House was clean and spacious. The pool was nice and the perfect size for my family to enjoy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, even though it was 4th of July weekend! The owner was quick with responding to my messages.

This was a nice villa, location was good (just off the end of the 192) the villa had a good layout that suited our three generations of family. It was clean and comfortable. There was a large Walmart and some restaurants just over a mile from the villa up on the S27. The owners responded extremely quick to all my questions. We had a few issues with the pool which the management company eventually sorted the day before we left. The BBQ arrived a couple of days after our arrival, and we had conflicting entry door codes but sorted that out after going through previous messages from the owner. All in all we had an enjoyable holiday.

Amazing house great stay...property manager and owner have great communication. Will definately rent again from them.

Very happy with our vacation. Management company took care of any issues we had very promptly. Loved the pool and hot tub.
