Incredible place perfect for a bunch of guys are on a golf trip. The amenities of the house were just fine, but possibly if you have a large family with young kids it might be less desirable. Overall great communication with the host would highly recommend this property.

GOLF FAMILIES RETREAT

We came to watch a college golf tournament. Three families rented this house so we could cook at home and mingle by the pool. This house has so much room in it. The elevator was a big help getting luggage to the second floor. This home was located on the Jack Nicholas course hole number 10 which was so nice to stop by after watching nine holes and grab some drinks. All the appliances worked well and a nice pantry for storing food. We would rent this home again because it was very easily accessed and was close to food, grocery and golf. Nice also for walks or jogging in the neighborhood. Thank you for sharing this hom with us..

BEWARE HORRIBLE HOME!

Let’s start with the NEGATIVE issues!! Prior to our stay, I , Donna was in contact with your JEEVES rental representatives notating the concerns , left by previous renters. I was ASSURED by Patrick that the deficiencies were all corrected. That was a LIE!!! The ice machine on fridge was Not working; The outdoor patio furniture and grill RUSTED and wicker furniture had holes in it; the kitchen WINDOWS were FILTHY; the Blinds in master bedroom and upstairs king bedroom were MISSING; the upstairs middle room bathroom toilet constantly RUNNING; the Toilet seats were dingy/stained and the sliding door handle BROKE OFF! Upon my arrival, the AC was hot in master and upstairs bedrooms. The one good thing was the mgr Yoshi, sent out a AC company, who did address the AC issues. Jeeves reps Travis and Craig tried to make the best of a BAD situation, stating the OWNER needs to approve Jeeves to correct the deficiencies. Craig had some patio loungers and a decent grill brought over. I am still PISSED, because I have stayed at other properties in Reunion resort, so I f I pay price required, I EXPECT the property to be just as advertised by owners PAUL & SHARON HARLEY; VRBO and JEEVES FLORIDA RENTALS!!!!!!!!!!!

We experienced quite a few issues during our stay. The ice machine/water filter on fridge did not work for the duration of our stay even after asking them to fix it when we first arrived. (From reading previous reviews, it has been broken for months) The washing machine did not work for the first two days. Dishwasher panel was falling off. Outdoor furniture was rusted, falling apart and broken. The grill was so rusted on the inside we did not feel safe cooking food on it. The windows were very foggy , therefore we were not able to see the pool when in the kitchen. Overall, it feels like a rental property that has been well used with no upkeeping. This member not purchase water park passes so even though Jeeves is a preferred partner of reunion this propery does not give you access! Jeeves did not work with us on this

Great location for golfers and families with plenty of space

A few constructive criticism ; House could at least supply salt and pepper and other necessities The oven did not work The air conditioning was fine in the main living are upstairs was hot even though said 72, as well as the master bedroom the air conditioning did not work. Only a few hangers per room were provided not enough when you are staying 6 nights. Outdoor table was very dirty and appeared not cleaned for a long time Besdies this the house and bedrooms were comfortable

January 2023 Orlando Trip

The house was very spacious and clean. It was great. The only downer was the pool & hot tub are pictured in the ad but when we arrived both were very cold. We were trying to figure out how to heat the hot tub. Upon reading the three ring binder about the house & calling the property manager, we were informed it would cost $50/day to heat the pool/hot up with a minimum of five days charge. So for a three night trip we would have had to pay $250 to heat the hot tub. We took a pass. Had we been their with kids, it would have been very disappointing. Other than that, the property was great.

KK’s KREW!!!

The renting process was excellent & extremely simple. Every issue we had was dealt with immediately & efficiently! The maintenance staff was awesome. Our only REAL PROBLEM was the refrigerator- no water & no ice which needed a part to repair those things - so that was a bit of an inconvenience for all 8 guests!

Very Nice..

Everything was perfect. The bathrooms however (showers) we're not clean. We wanted to use hot tub but wasn't sure of what was before we arrived. The garbage was full when we arrived. Also, the level upstairs (middle bathroom) toilet seat rotted. We didn't report but went and purchased and installed new seat. The entire home was beautiful though. I would maybe advise putting a map in there just for convience.

Wonderful Stay at Reunion

Overall 4.5/5 stars. Only reason I deducted 0.5 is that the home was slightly worn (carpets a bit, some scuffs on walls/trim around doors), and the decor was a bit dated. But those minor issues became unnoticeable rather quickly by the sheer grandeur and scale of the home. The soaring ceilings, 12ft+ on the main floor, were simply majestic. We all felt dwarfed inside this massive palatial home. At one point in our stay, there were 14 of us and the home never felt crowded. The pool was nice and private, clean and well maintained (highly recommend heating it if you’re going now), the views beautiful of the golf course, despite having a view of the entry roads/security gate. There were a few minor issues with the home, but the Jeeves team were very responsive and friendly and fixed whatever could be fixed in a timely manner. The water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work, they ordered a new unit but that didn’t arrive during our stay. Get a Brita if you avoid tap water. Overall I would be happy to stay here again, was a lovely, lovely stay.
