Great Stay!

This was a staycation with the family. Property is nicely situated from the clubhouse and a easy walk to access it. Property was very comfortable for the five of us. Great communication with the owners. Would stay again.

A Great Unexpected Mom & Daughter’s Trip

This townhouse provided just what we needed for our Spring Break. The listing was everything described and we would definitely stay here again in the future. The property is perfect for families that want the best of all worlds in Orlando.

Great stay at Windsor Hills Resort

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Windsor Hills Resort. The host was responsive, accommodating and helpful. Getting to all four Disney parks was fast and easy. We really liked our location in the resort as it was very quiet and a walk to the clubhouse. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of all the amenities, but the pool with the waterslides was great. Overall, a wonderful stay - highly recommend!

Family vacation/cheer competition

We stayed 5 days while we were in Orlando for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The location of Windsor Hills is very convenient to Disney properties. The location of the townhome within Windsor Hills was perfect. It was an easy 5-min walk to the Clubhouse. The townhome was very clean and well-stocked. Ana was extremely responsive to all our needs. I had read reviews that it got hot, we stayed in late April-early May and this was not an issue at all for us. The temperature was set to 72, each bedroom had a fan and the townhome always felt cool.

Fantastic getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The complex has a lot to offer with the pools, arcade and more. We went over Christmas break and our kids were excited to see Santa at the pool. We loved having our own private swimming pool as well. The condo was nicely stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to Orlando.

Great stay!

We LOVED the neighborhood and amenities of this condo. My kids especially loved the pool and splash pad. The condo was clean and well stocked. There was more than enough room for my family of 4. The downstairs queen bed was more comfortable than the king bed upstairs and the couch was a little creaky. My kids loved the Mickey bedroom though. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Would stay again but…

The condo was great for what we needed for attending the college dance team Nationals. Our only issues were that the towels smelled like they were left wet too long in the laundry OR they actually weren’t washed with soap. The check out process included starting the washer with the towels and there was no soap left for that, so we only thought maybe there wasn’t any soap for the previous tenants as well. The primary bed needs some attention: the mattress needs to be replaced…the topper is not the same size as the mattress so it’s not really helping and the left side creaks with every movement. The condo is septic, which is fine but the smell permeates throughout…we bought some plug ins and that alleviated the issue

Great place to stay for Disney

Very happy with holiday home. Spacious for family of 6, convenient location within complex and for Disney. Some areas such as bathrooms, carpet, kitchen units could do with modernisation. Door to the pool needs to be closed constantly, which is inconvenient but appears to be Florida law. Communal pool very nice. Would recommend.

Travel Agent Review

The house was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and the splash pad/pool area for the resort was amazing. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location especially for Disney. Walmart and lots of places to eat near the house. The check-in process at the gate was a bit much. We had to add someone as a guest for our stay for them to be let in to see us for a few hours. The AC could not be adjusted below 72 and it was kinda warm for sleeping at night. We had to turn the fan on to make it more comfortable. The pool at the house should not be called a pool. It was very small. More like a built in hot tub or something. Couches were uncomfortable and very thin cushions. Very limited parking at the house (only one spot) but did have extra parking around the corner. Chase Adventures Travel

Easy stay for Disney

We loved staying here for our visits to the Disney parks. Property and development were great. Only issue is that the security at the gate would give our Uber drivers a hard time, even when dropping us off.

Enjoyed Stay

We had a very nice stay at the townhome. Property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Paid for the pool heat and the kids were able to enjoy a night swim everyday we were there. The dryer was not working while we were there which was a big inconvenience; however, the property manager was very communicative during the stay.

Not worth the money

Location was great, however we were not aware of the unworking dryer. The property was dirty. The towels were musty and I do not think they cleaned the bed sheets as the pillow still had makeup on it when I turned it around. Not worth it.

Nice place for our family weekend

This was a nice place to stay with my family for the weekend. The place was very clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to make the place a little cooler at bedtime, but the temp control stays locked.

Disney Getaway

Excellent property. Very roomy. Zero issues. Pool and amenities are great. Very secure. 2 miles from Disney and maybe 15 miles from Universal. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The only thing I recommend is not to leave Disney between 4-6 in the afternoon. Traffic on 192 is very heavy at that time.
