We really enjoyed our time at this villa and it is very nice community. Some other comments note the noise from the road behind but I felt it was nice not having neighbors backing onto the property, personal preference I guess.Lots of space for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids under 12) and having 2 fridges was a big benefit. Many places have the garages converted to a games room but this place has a functioning garage. This was great for stroller and ECV storage.Property was close to shopping and other amenities. Overall a great stay and would book again.

very nice, large home in Windsor. Great location and use of the resort amenities. Great to have 2 bedrooms on the main level and awesome to have 2 dining tables. Many extras come with this home. Perfect week!

Won't Stay Again

The day we arrived the neighbors to the left were so loud we thought they were having a fight. They remained loud for hours. Multiple items need repair. Cleaning on the poor side. By third day have neighbors to the left having loud music at 2 am. Then new neighbors on right smoking marijuana outside, very strong smell coming into our pool area. We ran out of trash bags by third day. Friday night of our stay we came home to find we had no air-conditioning on the second floor. Fixing it at 12:30 am. Over all I'd have to say not very happy with this neighborhood, and rules are not followed. The party neighbors took up the street, sidewalk, and driveway.

Summer vacation 2025

It was a wonderful house. It accomodated 19 family members easily for 10 nights. There was some minor issues in the home, but it was easily communicated with the owner and maintenance. The last day spent was a little troublesome. The neighbors were loud with their music blaring till 4am. The sound vibrations could be heard due to the close proximity of the other houses. Considering it was their first day and our last day. We let it go instead of ruining someone elses vacation.Other than the minor issues mentioned. The house was wonderful. We would highly consider renting the place again in the future.

Excellent Property

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at this property and each stay has been nothing short of AMAZING! The house has a lot of space for the guest, it’s clean and has everything you need to feel at home! Owner communicates every step of the way, from booking to departure! Would definitely book again!

A wonderful stay!!!!

Our large family group (12 adults and 10 children under 6 years old) had a wonderful stay! Communication with the property manager was excellent…. Very quick to reply and helpful. Checkin was seamless. We had ordered pool heat and the bbq, and both were ready and working upon arrival. The house was spacious and clean. We were close to the main pool area and within easy walking distance. The only things that need improvement I would say are the house seemed “tired” and many items worn. The supplies need updating, such as towels, washcloths, dishcloths, baking sheets, etc. we had no dishcloths upon arrival, and 6 washcloths in the whole house for 22 people. We had to go out and buy some. The shag rug in the main living area should also be replaced, Our overall stay was wonderful and those were only minor things which didn’t really affect our enjoyment of the property. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great experience!

This home was perfect for our group! We had a group of 16 and everyone slept very comfortably with so much space. This was clean, and had so much fun to enjoy. The heater pool and spa are definitely worth getting, we used them daily! Check in, out was flexible and easy. Our host was great, and communication was very easy. We will definitely be staying here for our annual trip.

Check In and Out was very easy. The size was sufficient for 5 children and 12 adults. Heated Pool. Grill. Back yard backs up to street that can be quite loud. Some furniture needs to be replaced. Cable TV needs to be updated. Bedding was quite old.

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay with my family. We had 22 people and this place was perfect for a family of all ages. Very spacious with plenty of rooms and beds. We all enjoyed the private pool. They even had a stroller and playpen for my baby. The only problem we had while there was with the kitchen sink. It was hard to turn the sink on and off because something was wrong with the handle.

Awesome House

Definitely recommend this home to any family that’s looking for a host that communicates well and in a timely manner, cleanliness of the home . I will definitely stay again at that home !!!!!!! Ohhh and friendly neighbors and not a bad drive to Disney . And a lot of restaurants around well as Walmart and Lowes. Give this property 10 out of 10

Summer fun with a relaxing piece of mind

I booked this property for a Disney Trip with 12 other friends due to the price and looks of the listing. The pictures don't do it justice when you arrive. The home is taken care of very well, is very accommodating, and is in a great location for any fun you may be wanting to have for a trip to Florida. If given the chance again, I'll be happy to book this place again. The owner, Tracy, is very nice and is prompt on getting back with an inquiry you may have.

50th birthday family celebration

This house was wonderful!! Very spacious so all 18 of us could spread out and enjoy some private time but also gather together for meals in the dining area and fun around the pool. The kids loved the pool! It’s also not too far away from Disney. We spent three days at the parks and enjoyed coming home to relax in the pool after those hot days. We had one issue with the downstairs A/C breaking down. Unfortunately we did not realize this until very late in the evening but we called Ricky and he came right over at 10:30pm to check it out. The blower motor had to be replaced and since it was so late, he couldn’t get the part until the next morning but he had it fixed by 8:30am the next day. Great guy! The owner, Tracy, was also great with communication and answering all of our questions. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware for meals. Plenty of towels for the pool area. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the downstairs master king suite sometime soon since it is somewhat uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well.

Birthday Weekend!

Great location, huge house, everything you need. A little wild you have to pay for the grill, and pay for the hot tub to get hot. I understand paying to heat the pool, but the hot tub should be included. The maintenance guy took a while to come after being called initially twice. All in all, good stay. Would go back!

Our Family Vacation

I wanted my whole family to be together in Florida so my grandchildren could go to Disney and other places in Orlando. I booked this house which is located close to everything and they did so much while we stayed there. It was absolutely perfect and I am so thrilled we did it. The house is beautiful and Ricky (the property manager) was there when I needed him. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks again for all the great memories we made.
