Enjoyed, but noisy neighbours

Whilst we enjoyed our stay we had a number of sleepless nights due to noisy neighbours. Next door (2704) seemed to be ‘party central’ especially at weekends. We even had them knocking on our door and ringing the doorbell late at night upsetting the children in our party. Our last 2 nights they partied until 5.30am. Totally unacceptable but due to the numbers in attendance we did not feel comfortable approaching them. This put a real damper on our time there and we were quite pleased to leave. The house itself met our needs, though there is insufficient seating in the lounge for a large party. Location is great for Disney. Overall we enjoyed, and appreciate that the neighbour issue shouldn’t influence the house review but as it made many nights miserable (and sleepless) we would not rush back

Nice house and pool in a good location.

Overall a good experience. Some minor issues like dishwasher needed repair, even putting garbage out daily the container was not large enough for 6 people, no cutting board could cause damage to counters.

Great property

This is a great property located close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. The only issue I think we had was there is not a single grain of salt, pepper or any other seasonings for that matter. So if you go to the store to eat at the house, be aware there is ZERO salt amd pepper, coffee filters etc.

Family Vacay

Property was in a beautiful gated community. House met our needs and was absolutely wonderful! The pool was perfect but doesn’t heat when the weather drops below a certain temperature. Wish we knew ahead of time. Other than that no complaints.

Cleanliness was the issue

Layout of the house was nice. It was a nice sized house. The community areas were nice. But we had lots of cleaning and sanitary issues within this home. If cleaned properly ahead of our checkin, the stay would have been enjoyable. A partial refund was provided due to the number of issues we had.

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. We had absolutely no issues when we were there. It was the perfect place to stay in Disney and very close to the parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Kids love the game room (garage) and resort pool with slides

We had a great time. The kiddos really like the game room and private pool. They also really enjoyed swimming at the resort pool with the water slides. A great place to stay if you are traveling with the little ones. Super close to Disney Parks which is a plus.

Great neighborhood, amenities and close to major attractions

House was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the pool. Neighborhood Amenities were great. Kids loved the water slides. Had some issues with the pool but were promptly addressed. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful House, But Be Advised

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but being superhosts, we need to write a review. The beds are comfortable and the house was clean, but some things need improvements. Several people in our party had long black hair on their towels, under the beds had trash, and a wallet was found from a previous stay. I would also recommend they get more than juice glasses and wine glasses, as we had to go out and buy solo cups. Our major complaint was that the rental company did not inform us of a new community being built directly behind the house. They started construction by 7:30 each morning which was very loud inside the house. It sounded like we set our alarm each morning with the bulldozers and equipment moving around and going in reverse. We felt like we paid a lot of money and should be refunded some money because of this major inconvenience. We did email the company in the beginning of the week about a broken chair and never heard back so we did not say anything else. We also emailed a week or so before our stay about beach towels and never heard back. The only time I heard back was when we directly messaged through VRBO. With some tweaking, I would recommend this house.

Major Construction going on in the backyard every day at 7am with the house shaking

We loved the house and location however, there was no warning that cranes and pickup trucks would be basically in the backyard blowing dust all over everything every day starting at 7am. The entire house would shake at 7am with the loud construction noises. It was so frustrating. The property managers were excellent and would get back right away but for this property and anyone on the street their backyard will back up in to the construction zone. Also, I think the air turns off at night because it was very hot on the first floor every night. The construction absolutely ruined our trip. It was very clean and a beautiful house but getting woken up to the house shaking and cranes dumping rock right behind the house daily was awful.

Great family getaway

Minutes from Disney, very convenient. After a busy couple of days at the park it was the perfect place to unwind and relax; we spent the rest of our stay just hanging out at the pool!

Great stay

House is exactly as advertised. Very clean and only 5-10minutes to Disney parks and plenty of restaurants. The rental company must clean out any and all leftover spices, cleaning supplies etc. so bring your own. Garage playroom was super and all games were in working order. We had pool heated which was good because it was cool during our stay and hot tub was super(got really hot ). One big piece of advice to make check in easier. Do not put 2702 in your gps. It will take you to an unmanned locked gate entrance. Put 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Rd. That will take you to main guarded entrance. Don’t need to come back to Disney parks again, too crowded, long lines and short rides and super expensive. Overrated!!

Perfect, just perfect

We stayed for 2 weeks in this property and loved every minute of it. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and games room and of course the pool. The rear of the property has excellent private pool area and has been really well maintained. The whole area was great, it was as kept incredibly clean and all the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay with onsite amenities and close to parks

The villa was excellent, ideal for a large family with plenty to do, unfortunately our first four days we were woken too early 4am due to faulty smoke alarms, but it was great to get an unbroken sleep on the 5th day, also lights did not work in kitchen area and remained unresolved as it did not affect us most of the time. on the whole I would recommend this property

Close to Disney

This property was close to Disney. The property was clean and spacious. Bring all your own cleaning supplies, both personal and for dishwashing and clothes washing. Bring extra paper products, especially if you use kleenex. If you plan on cooking, bring salt, pepper or other spices....none of these things are provided! We must have been confused because we expected a shuttle service to Disney...we were never able to find one. There were no printed instructions at the property to help with finding where things were...amenities, management, towels for the pool, etc. Plenty of printed material warning us of the cost of missing towels, etc. The towels provided in the bathrooms were one per person and not the best quality. Overall, it served our purpose...close to Disney, plenty of room for our family and swimming at the home and amenity center (once we found it), and games to play in the converted garage. Unfortunately, we were under a hurricane watch during our stay so one side of our family was unable to come from another part of Florida...two bedrooms and baths were never used! When we returned from Disney on our second day we found a letter and length of string to do hurricane prep at the home. Strange that guests would be expected to do this and not management! Oh well, we had a fun time at Disney despite the hurricane warnings. The house worked out fine for our needs.
