We enjoyed staying here so much! Everything was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the Toy Story themed room very much. One of the easiest Checkin s we ever experienced. The host always responded quickly too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place for small family

Nice, clean property. 3 BR, 3 Bayrooms. 4 beds. Great furniture. Good working appliances. Good dishes, pots and pans. The beds were very very comfortable, especially the upstairsaster BR.. 30 mins to Universal, 20 to SeaWorld, 11-15 to Disney parks. There is a Walmart and Starbucks 5 mins away. Will stay again if ever back down.

Good locale, everything you need!

Good location, great company to deal with, just a few things with cleaning which I alerted them too, and they will most likely deal with it. The unit is tired, it needs a repaint and it had a distinct smell of never getting fresh air, due to the pool alarm on the back door, you can’t leave the back ranch slider open. But it severed its purpose of a place to cook some meals, do washing and sleep while we adventured throughout Orlando. Be warned the traffic to get to Windsor hills it’s a nightmare, add 20 minutes to your trip, but this seems to be a Florida in general problem.

Wonderful!

The location is perfect. Right next to all needs and very close to the theme parks. I was surprised to see the vinyl flooring downstairs as the images online show tile, but it looks and feels great. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed the private pool and the community center. Every employee we had in contact with was fantastic. We had a few mishaps with the security pool alarm/ patio door and the ac going down was quickly resolved. Very accommodating for the early check in and late check out due to flight issues.

The house needs a bit of TLC the bedroom downstairs has no storage the bed is far to big for the room no bedside table only one draw in the room for two weeks storage only six coat hangers in the wardrobe we had to go and buy some for our cloths the bath towels were not very big the bathroom tap was leaking it needs to be looked at

Disney/Universal Vacation

This was by far the cleanest VRBO property we have stayed at. It was so nice to walk in and have everything be cleaned and sanitized. We have stayed at beautiful properties previously that when we checked in, we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. Excellent job by the cleaning staff, we will be back in the future.

Great location

The location and home were perfect for our stay. The house was clean. And it was close to Disney and easy to get to. The only draw back was the hot water. There was 5 people in our party and there was not enough hot water for all of us to shower (we made due and learned t alternate) That is minor for the convience of location. Overall great stay

Property was clean, as described and communication/instructions were clear and simple. The Toy Story room was really cool, my three little girls loved it! Beds were comfortable and clean. Super close to Walmart and the parks! Would stay again!

Excellent rental

The property was great. The pool heat for the attached pool was perfect for a relaxing dip. The beds were very comfortable. TVs were excellent and remotes very easy to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

This property was just as advertised. Pool heat worked wonderfully and it was a well-maintained place. Location is fantastic with nearby shops and restaurants and of course Disney World is pretty close. Safe, comfortable, and clean... I would rent this place again!

Great location

Stayed for a Disney vacation with our two kids, 3 & 7. Took an average of Maybe 15 min to get to Disney. The clubhouse was great, our kids liked the big pool and splash area more than Disney!! Morning aqua Zumba was fun to try. The house itself was comfortable, beds were excellent. It was nice to have plenty of space rather than staying in a Disney hotel. Having the option of a little private pool was nice, the kids loved it!

We stayed at windsor hills as a part of our birthday week adventure!we had a great time staying here!the beds especially were almost too comfy you couldn't bring yourself to get out of them in the morning😅the space was clean and very spacious!my boys couldn't get enough of the little pool on our lania!we will be back!

Great family experience

We enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing. We enjoyed our private pool when we wanted a more quiet time. It was one of our favorite things. The public pool area was fun and energetic. The townhouse was perfect. We loved the space.
