This was a really nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. Very spacious. Very nice pool and hot tub. Big TV, with Disney, which was fun for the young one. Nice to have a washer and dryer on hand for wet clothes. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very easy drive to Disney, and there are many gift shops and a huge Walmart just down the road. Was also pretty cheap to take Lyft/Uber to Disney. You'll definitely want to do a big shopping trip at the start of the stay. The house doesn't promise any comestible amenities, and they aren't kidding. Not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Just one roll of paper towels. And bring your own toiletries -- most bathrooms only had a tiny hotel soap and mini shampoo bottle, though for some reason only the upstairs bathrooms had large hand soap dispensers. I did appreciate that the owner had soap bottles sent over when I complained about the needing hand soap in the kitchen. And the kitchen has lots of dishes, made it easy to cook a few meals at home.

Host responded to all questions we had promptly. House is beautiful and very clean. Our family especially enjoyed the pool/spa area which was heated. We will definitely book this lovely house again!

A Gem in Kissimmee

Our stay was fantastic. The house is beautiful the location was great for Disney and Universal but peaceful and relaxing. The pool was a comfortable 84 degrees and hot tub even better. Management was fantastic with communication and super fast to address any issues or questions. The community is also very nice with a large pool and splash park for the kiddies with a small deli type store with burgers, sandwiches and house essentials. Would stay here again without even looking elsewhere.

Awesome stay at an awesome property!

This place is super close to Disney! The gated community is very quiet. It was too cold during our stay to use the community pool, so the kids just enjoyed our private heated pool. There was a pool table, ping pong table and video games to keep the kids occupied when we weren’t at the theme parks. The owner has an app to clarify pretty much everything about the property. We all loved this place!

Great Vacation House

The house was fantastic. Very well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great. The house is located very close to the club house, community pool and water slides as well. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great vacation spot!

Wonderful Property for Friends' Gathering

The house was perfect for the five of us - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. It had all the amenities we needed and more; including all kitchen appliances (stand-alone ice-cube maker!) and cooking needs. As noted, a bedroom w/bath for each of us, a private pool/spa, and a game room with pool/tennis table, video game console, and a BIG TV screen for watching sports! For those not into watching sports, you can watch a second big screen TV in the comfortable living room, or in the quiet of your bedroom. The location was perfect for our group - a short walk to the community pool amenities, a short drive to Disney, and most important for us, central access to a good number and choice of golf courses and restaurants!!! Would definitely stay again and recommend you do as well.

STOP LOOKING AND BOOK IT!!

OMG! Look no further…for real! Please book this home! DO NOT SECOND GUESS ANYTHING! Location, perfect…cleanliness, perfect (I’m a nurse, I’m very critical)…location, perfect…luxury, perfect…communication with the owner, even at midnight (I did it)…perfect! The beds are sooo comfortable..they just mold to your body. The showers are spacious, nice and hot. Plenty of kitchen gadgets/luxury utensils. Reclining sofas, AC wonderful! My whole family (8) bundled up in blankets and had a movie night on the gigantic TV in the family room. We ordered groceries from Walmart (book your delivery early), ordered Door Dash with no problems, and there are so many restaurants super close to the house. I have teenagers and they literally stayed in the game room for hours! We heard them at times laughing so hard and screaming, it made us laugh knowing that they were having a ball on their vacation. Book this home! The club amenities and pool area are phenomenal! Thank you Tom! We truly enjoyed every second in your beautiful home. You have an amazingly hospitable spirit about you. We appreciate you!

Spring break disney

The property was exactly as stated on listing. It was very roomy and comfortable. We arrived after midnight with no problems getting in the gated security. The owner was great and promptly answered questions. We had 6 adults, 1 child and a baby and we all agreed we would stay there again. Very close to all Disney parks.

Just as described.

I’m very familiar with Windsor hills and used to be an owner. The little things meant a lot in this house especially the comfort of the beds! Not always the case with some rentals. The biggest plus was renting from someone like Tom. He’s extremely responsive and makes it obvious he’s there to serve his customers. Thank you!!

Spring break 2023

Tom’s property was great. Everything he described as an extra like the heated pool and YouTube tv was great. House was updated well and in a safe neighborhood. He was very responsive with and any questions we had as well. This place has a lot of amenities you would not get or think you needed in other properties. We would def come back if we’re in Florida.

Great property with great location

This property had higher end features compared to other rentals we've stayed at. The hot tub actually heats up which most properties it is the same temp as the pool. With the touch of a button it heats up within 20min and then automatically stops heating after a couple of hours to save on energy. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool a ton! And, there is sun on this pool all day long! Other guests have left pool floaties and toys in the outdoor bin which was a bonus. We did need to buy beach towels at Walmart. Walmart is just down the road and we did grocery and alcohol pickup there. We easily stopped there to pickup anything we needed on the way back from our activities. The appliances are high end and the fridge has water and ice maker. We didn't need much bottled water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. The couch with power recliners was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The kids loved the pool table and game room and bounced between there and the pool. We never dealt with, "I'm bored." There was a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom. There were 2 pods each for the dishwasher and washing machine. We brought extra with us. There was a role of paper towel, garbage bags and some TP. We bought dish soap (thought this would be provided), liquid hand soap and TP. The patio table was large with 6 chairs and some additional lawn chairs around the pool to accommodate our group of 10. We all really liked having our own bathrooms. The waterpark area is a bit crowded, so when we had to check out hours before our flight, we just went down the road to Disney Springs to enjoy some more great weather, and food. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and will stay again! There is a lot of comfort with letting your kids walk around a gated community. And, this property is very close to the waterpark and tennis courts.

Outstanding vacation home

This home was a wonderful place to stay for a week of Disney World and some beach time. The pool and hot tub were frequently used by all of us the entire week we were there. Beds are comfortable and the amenities are just like being at home. It’s a fully stocked kitchen with even a crockpot or two. We probably should have cooked more than we did and will definitely look at doing more of that next time we stay here. The biggest recommendation I can give is that we will definitely be back!

3rd time in Windsor Hills

This was our 3rd stay in Windsor Hills as it is the perfect location to many Florida attractions. This home's location in Windsor Hills was the best of the 3 with a much quieter and more private experience. Tom was always available for any assistance or questions. Teenagers enjoyed the ability to spread out and the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect (except for the Hurricane)!

Family group of 6 plus 2 babies under 1. We stayed for one week in Tom’s beautiful 5 bed house in the excellent Windsor Hills development where everything was provided for a very enjoyable holiday, close to Disney and everything else that this part of Orlando offers. We had to remain indoors for 2 days while Hurricane Ian passed through but we always felt safe and Tom stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. Strongly recommended.

Great spot for exploring Disney/Orlando

Really nice property with lots of space that serves as a great oasis to rest during Disney/Orlando visits, or just to hang out at and have fun. The house has been very well updated, and was clean and in good shape. The beds were nice and comfy, with plenty of spots for a large family to spread out. The TV is huge, and has a good sound system if you want to just watch TV and chill out. The game room was handy as well, and the pool and spa were wonderful after a long day of walking. Tom was great to work with, and very responsive to any questions. Check in process was well documented and went very smoothly. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Really appreciated the all-in pricing model -- no surprises on your bill. For those that don't know the area, this is about as close as you can get to the Disney parks when staying in a house outside the park. That said, be aware that the parks are huge, so it still will take some time to get there and you will need a car. It's also well positioned for getting to Universal, and it's not a bad drive out to Kennedy Space Center on the coast. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to hurricane Ian, but we really hope to come back again some time in the future. We'll definitely be checking with Tom first before checking anywhere else when we do.
