Ok

Besides the bugs in the bathrooms it was good. Only 3 cars allowing in the resort per house. You have to park close by and go get any other guest which was inconvenient

The pool is not clean and they said that they going to clean it the next day but never cleaned , I think is not safe to use the pool,waste of money ,I don't recommend it unless you check it to make sure is clean before renting it just check others reviews ,same complaint problem never fixed ,I don't think they care about reviews to clean it. the whole house needs to be cleaned

Exactly what we wanted

This space was exactly as advertised. Loved the themed rooms and the pool. As others have communicated, the parking rules are crazy. Only 3 cars, it's a hard line rule. We had 4 cars traveling but only 2 staying and had a hard but not impossible time getting everyone here and dropped off. Very welcoming space, more than enough room for everyone. Would rent again for sure, but knowing what we know now about getting everyone to the house. Great security and great communication from the management.

National Dance competition 2024 at Espn Disney Sports

The property was as advertised. It was easy to find and close to the park and big water park. The 7 bedrooms were comfortable and looked like pictures. It was decorated very nice with all up to date decor. A few things such as a door off a cabinet, paint chipped etc from wear and tear. We did advise them of this when we got there. We would have liked to have had a big fry pan, some pot holders and kitchen towels. Also towels for swimming pool. The information on pool and tv were posted on the walls. We would liked to have had them in a note book along with checkout instructions etc. We thought it would have been easier for us. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

This house looked like it checked all the boxes when we booked. What was not stated is they have not maintained this property in some time.The pool can NOT be heated. It was not stated anywhere and when asked to pay the charge for the pool, we were told the pool needs replaced and no way to heat the hot tub or pool. We had an ice cold hot tub! Not useable. The dishwasher had no wheels on the bottom rack and therefore dishes were not being cleaned at all the rack sat on the cleaner. Therefore no clean dishes in the home.Cabinet doors literally falling off in the kitchen. Table was missing screws so leg was falling off. Also if you are staying with more then 6 people, there is not enough place settings or cups. We had to go out and purchase.The owner of this house is just looking for a payday and not the care of the home. Would highly not recommend. I was in communication throughout our stay and they are stating no issues were communicated.

Needed: Deep Clean, Cosmetic Update, Fix Brooken Items

It seems like they are just collecting money and don't care about your stay. DEEP CLEANING AND MAINTAINANCE NEEDED. They deceive you with the pictures which were probably taken 5-10 years ago. A lot of wear. Lamps were available but no outlets to plug some in. The blinds were broken, the kitchen cabinet doors were broken master bathroom shower floor inside in out looked disgusting, the stopper in the master sink was broken, nasty high chair, and dirty pool. I could go on. I took pictures of some of these things and reported them.so I would not be blamed for the damage. Oh and most importantly my name was not at the gate when I arrived e and had to call to have them add my name while I waited. And passcode didn't work at the gate at the community pool the whole time we were there. Kind folks had to let us in.

House is Tired

The house is set up well and a while ago it may have been really nice but it is tired. When we got there, the pool water was at least 6 inches under the filter area, so it was not very clean. I called the management company about a pool cleaning, and no one came at all. I know the management company does not take care of the pool, but no one ever came. The window in the master bedroom was stuck open so on hot nights it was pretty warm and on cold nights the room was very cold. Also, neighbors were out late night and we could hear everything because we couldn’t close the window. I did call maintenance about that and they came, but it still is not closed all the way. The downstairs bedroom had a musty smell to it. The bunkbeds are not safe for teenage kids. The top bunk is very shaky and it was not safe to sleep on for a teenager. There was only one towel per person, and there were no kitchen towels. A strainer would have also been nice in the kitchen. The kitchen also had a cabinet with no door. The house was clean, but needed some TLC. Also, the pool area had weeds going through the patio and there were ant hills on it.

Lovely villa - poor service by management company

There was a group of 15 of us from the UK who stayed at the property for 11 nights. Positives: Spacious villa with lovely kitchen/living area Easy walking distance to communal pool Easy check in process Close to parks and Walmart so Ubers were not too expensive if you don’t have a car. Negatives: Unpleasant exchange with guest services at Windsor Hills when we were picking up pool bands. We were accused of breaking various rules/laws such as trespassing because Nova (management company) had not registered us appropriately. This was not in our control however we had to call Nova to get this sorted. We were also accused of breaking health & safety rules because Windsor Hills supposedly only allows 14 people per villa. Property is advertised for more than this hence why we booked it. Again, this was out of our control but were made to feel like it was our fault. Downstairs bedroom with bunk beds is tiny and not suitable for 2 as the top bunk is not secure. Pool heating we paid for was never switched on, broken filter cover was never fixed and pool filters were not working adequately. Towards the end of the holiday, so called pool maintenance was carried out and after that chemicals ruined jewellery and swimming costumes. Despite of 7 phone calls to Nova plus emails, our concerns in terms of the pool were never fixed. We are still waiting for a refund for pool heating charges we paid for but didn’t receive. Property had no guest book with any information.

Great location

Overall very good location, It fit the family very well. Did have some trouble with the pool spa. Other than that iwould rent it again

Nice place but...

This property is very nice, and we have stayed in this neighborhood twice now. Fantastic amenities and close to Disney. However, this unit needs a new AC unit. The AC wasn't working when we arrived, and most days we would arrive back at the unit to see the upstairs AC not working and 80+ degrees in the bedrooms. Maintenance had to come out three times. Great property, would give it 5 stars if they replace the AC.
