We recently stayed at this property for a family trip. Overall, the house was clean and located in a quiet, gated community, which felt safe and peaceful. There were plenty of towels provided, and the host was responsive—when we messaged about the lack of paper towels, she kindly ordered some for next-day delivery. We also appreciated being allowed early access to the property after a quick call, which was very convenient.However, there were a few drawbacks. The beds were not very comfortable, and charging phones near the bedside was tricky due to a lack of nearby outlets. Each bathroom had only one toilet paper roll, so we had to purchase more ourselves. The pool was a letdown, unfortunately—it had dirty water and lots of bugs, so we didn’t end up using it much. Also, the property is quite far from Universal and other major attractions, requiring daily use of I-4 and toll roads.All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. With a few updates and better attention to guest comfort, this could be a much more enjoyable rental.

Disney Family Trip 2025

Don’t hesitate to stay at this AMAZING home!!We thoroughly enjoyed it! Maria was the perfect host and so easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday after coming home exhausted and hot from the parks. Perfect for family time, our adult children and granddaughter did not want to stay at Disney because we would loose out on so much family time. Wonderful place!

Our family loved our stay. Had everything we needed. My boys enjoyed the game room and pool. Near many restaurants. Was able to get to Universal in about 35 minutes some days with traffic it took around 50 minutes.

The property was great. Our only problem was checking in, the gate code was wrong and we couldn’t get in. We had to contact property manager and were then given the correct code. Otherwise everything was fine.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and very comfortable. It was convenient to Disney and Universal Studios, as well as grocery shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the handheld showerheads. Our vacation was busy so we did not make use of the pool, but hope to next time. The owner responded to an email quickly. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. We were very pleased with our stay.

Almost perfect getaway!

This property is great and exactly as the listing explained. Outside of some communication issues at the start of our visit, the only issue we had was the neighbors behind the house for a few days during the holiday. The communication issues were resolved prior to our arrival but we had not received arrival instructions until after reaching out to the owner. Which took two emails and a phone call. Overall, the process was just a bit of panic on not being able to get into the community and house. This was resolved and we had no other issues with the house. As for the neighbors behind the property, we are just assuming this was due to the time of our stay. For 3 nights, the houses behind this rental had parties and were extremely loud and partied through to the early morning hours. It was a bit of an annoyance, but it was the New Year holiday. The houses were not part of the community this rental was in so we figured there was nothing we could do. Luckily, the house did muffle most of the noise. I would definitely rent this property again during a future visit.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay in this home. Every bedroom was beautiful, perfect sizes. Bathrooms were clean and we especially loved the huge bathroom that was off the king size bedroom. There were board games in the entertainment center, the garage had a pool table and a ping pong table along with high chairs, bikes and two large bins of toys that our 2 yr old grandson loved playing with, A great touch to the home, keeping the little ones happy and occupied when we weren't swimming in the pool. The kitchen had every piece of equipment we could have needed, plenty of pans to cook in! The neighborhood was cute, very quiet and well maintained. If there was anything that we could say was a slight negative thing it would be that the driveway was a little tight for two cars. We would definitely recommend staying in Maria's beautiful home.

Perfect stay for golf trip

Nice quiet property near restaurants and golf courses with plenty of amenities nearby. The pool and hot tub were great for a dip after a round of golf (10 rounds in 9 days!). The kitchen was well appointed and the owner and property management were attentive, though only really needed once. We were very pleased with our rooms, and ensuites on each room. The instructions for the home were very clear and easy to follow. Finally: We would book this property again in a minute to explore all the golf courses in the area. Thank you Maria!
