Muy satisfactoria la estancia. La casa es fenomenal y agradable para una familia.

La casa es muy atractiva y cómoda. Las dimensiones de las habitaciones son normales pero suficientes, la cocina funciona bien con un horno rapidísimo, hay menaje suficiente. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, se estropeó un día pero tras llamar a los encargados, acudieron rápidamente y lo arreglaron con mucha celeridad. Gracias a todos los operarios, es importante cuando estas de vacaciones. El WiFi es tremendamente rápido y potente, muy bien. La piscina es un lujo cuando llegas agotado de los días tan intensos en parques y viajando por Florida. Mi familia ha disfrutado mucho con ella, sobre todo la pequeña. La casa se abre y se cierra con un código de seguridad, al llegar tuvimos algún problema con el que lo subsanamos rápidamente. Los materiales de la casa son sencillos pero suficientes. En general, muy satisfechos con la estancia y sus comodidades y una gran experiencia americana

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and clean! So much space for the entire family. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. My kids loved the layout of the house as well. Definitely a 100/10! Host was very communicative with everything in a timely manner.

Decent…pictures are not accurate. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, etc to get through our week long stay. Could use some rugs, as floor is very slippery when wet from pool.

We had a wonderful trip. Neighborhood was safe and check in was smooth. We spent most of our time at the parks so didn’t use the pool. The washer and dryer worked very well. The location was about 10-15 minutes from the parks and Publix was about 5-7 minutes away. Thanks for your wonderful home.

We stayed here with 5 adults and 4 kids. The location is unbeatable — perfect for visiting Disney, Legoland, and Universal.We did run into a few issues during our stay. The first night I set the AC to 70, not realizing there are instructions clearly stating not to set it below 72. That mistake caused AC problems for two nights, which I take responsibility for.After one day of rain, some members of our group noticed a mildew smell (though I personally did not). We also saw small ant-like bugs in the bathroom and master bedroom — around 20–30 total. Not a major issue, but worth noting. The sheets were very thin — not luxurious, but manageable.One frustrating situation was when the front door deadbolt battery died. Since entry is by code, some of our guests were locked out after a long day at Disney until we were able to resolve it.Overall, I think we experienced some unfortunate luck during this stay. That said, the hosts were excellent with communication — extremely responsive and proactive before and during the trip, which we truly appreciated.Will I stay again probably not, should you? I think yes I think I was hit with bad luck honestly. Very fairly priced and a beautiful home.

The house is beautiful and has a lot of space! However, the pictures are so outdated. The brown furniture in the living is now a teal sectional, the dining room chairs are replaced with cheap chairs, along with the kitchen chairs that are peeling, the pool table and chairs are replaced with PVC Piping as the chairs. In the game room you will find the Brown Couch that shows it on the pictures online in the the living room, the Darts for the Dart Board are broken and Management will not replace and the pool table top is really used. The bedrooms have been replaced with different bedding or missing items. In the bedroom near the pool, that had no comforter, just 2 sheets on the bed. There are a lot more issues that I had addressed to the host who then forwarded to Management. If the Host doesn’t know the issues it can’t be fixed. But these pictures do NOT mirror this home. Hopefully, they will update the pictures for future guests. The location was great! We all had a Great Time in Florida!!!

Family of 7 Vacation

Beautiful property! The space was ideal for our 2 daughters plus their husbands and our son.30 min commute to all the places we visited! Couldn’t enjoy the pool as much, due to being at the parks and dinner. Instructions/expectations were available. Our plane was delayed so check in time was perfect.. We all had early flights, so check out was not an issue! Will book again.

Great Location For Disney

Great place for Disney. Unfortunately we went to Universal. That was 45 minutes with traffic regardless of time of day. My fault not the property. Place was clean and nice. Only concern for us were pillows were uncomfortable and master bed is way too firm for my liking. Otherwise it was great. Thanks!

Plenty of space and not far from Disney

Our overall stay was great. We had one issue with the shelf in the refrigerator being old and falling out of the door- this was expressed to the property managers and they got a new one ordered quickly and made sure everyone was OK which was fantastic. One thing I did not have a chance to bring up to the host via direct message would be there are roaches in the dishwasher. When we went to load the dishwasher, several roaches came crawling out. We understand this is Florida and dishwashers are a hotspot, but regular maintenance and Pest Control would prevent this. The pool was a great addition the kids enjoyed being able to swim whenever they wanted to. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own areas and the game room was a nice touch for the older kids.

We had some issues with the internet not work since the first day contacted the num given it took me several calls in order to get a response not able to watch tv nor connect any other device it took the manager of the property 4 days to fix the issues no compensation for the inconvenience when ask for an additional hour to leave because of other issue I was told that they could not accommodate me this was the owner of the property check out was at 10 am most place give you till 11 I felt super disappointed after all the issues and will not rent this property again rating is a 2

Good location, terrible host

The house is great in terms of layout. We enjoyed the house. However, there were pests crawling all around the kitchen and lizards in the bedrooms (which we obviously couldn’t use. See video/pix below). Talked to the host and there was no reply regarding it. However, I was charged 100 for early check in and late check out. As per the host, I checked in at 3:38 pm instead of 4 and checked out at 10:08 instead of 10!!! He was very communicative when I asked him if I was able to check in early and he clearly said house isn’t ready. I requested that I have a 3 year old and I have landed at Orlando at 9 am. The entire time he did not mention about early check in fee (which I would’ve been okay paying) he clearly said not before 4! We happened to be there early by 22 minutes!!! I wouldn’t mind paying that early check in fee but late check out by 8 minutes!!! Really?!? And than when I asked him about the pest, complete silence!!! Check my conversation with the host and rent the place at your own risk!
