Long wait line to get in. Nonworking gate code.Had to call and wit. Nonworking door code. Had to call and wait. Home not well maintained. Not clean. All king beds only had one mattress that sat on the floor. Bedroom door off the hinges, microwave door off the hinges, refrigerator did not get cold, just cool. No ceiling lights in any room just small lamps which several did not work. The pool filter did not work. The sofa in the living room was extremely worn out and dirty. All the dining room chairs had large holes in the seat cushions. No privacy in the living room because more than half of the blinds were broken/missing. The theatre room was not necessarily like a theater. It just had large chairs with a large TV. No surround sound. All the sticks to the pool table were broken (they did provide new ones after we complained). Seem to be a plumbing issue the upstairs as it took the water a long time to drain. And unfortunately, we were able to visualize what seemed to be a storage room downstairs that was absolutely disgusting. It was a room filled with trash, dirty linen, clean and dirty towels mixed, dirty, mops, broken brooms. Wires hanging out of the control panel and absolutely disgusting site to see. The home was located directly from a playground, but it did not seem safe to go there because just crossing the street was like crossing a major freeway. Maybe speed bumps or something are needed, but the cars raced up and down the street all day and night long.
