Repeat Vacationer at this Home Away from Home!

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we returned! You cannot beat the distance to the Disney parks (15 min) and Universal (30-40 in traffic) or the convenience of so many restaurant options or additional local attractions just out on the main road. Not to mention the Walmart and CVS just outside the development which makes it easy to ensure you have all you need at the home during your stay. The home is well maintained, cozy, clean, lovely decor and comfy furniture, and with upgrades already underway. The pictures of the bathrooms online are the bathroom from last year - you're in for a pleasant surprise with the beautifully renovated bathrooms! The pool and game room are always a huge hit with our children (8 and 12) and are nice to come home to after a day at the park and needing some unwinding time. I highly recommend this property and we will be returning for future trips!

Very nice pool property

This was an excellent place to stay and surprisingly close to Disney. The backyard was perfect, as per the pics. Minor problems checking in as the door code and hot tub heat didn't work but all resolved the next day. I would stay here again!

Great house, needs better listing details

Overall great home, really loved it! Big hiccup was getting into the house, had received conflicting access directions- but no problem getting ahold of anyone to let us in. In the description, it does not say there is a charge for heating the pool- no problem, we just didn't know this until a day after we were there and couldn't figure out how to utilize the pool/hot tub= note: It WAS listed in the rental agreement- which I completely skimmed over and didn't read the full thing. They were wonderful in working with us and corrected the situation- the irony was after they were so kind and turning the filter/heat on, the heater was still broken- so that was a bummer. Overall, great location, nice neighborhood, wonderful access to everything- the game room was the hit of the house! so glad to have stayed here! 100% recommend!! Just know to ask to heat the pool! Can't wait to book again!

Disney Trip

We stayed here for our family's Disney trip as an alternative to the resorts. Very close to everything and so much more space for the family and money. Wish there were some basic cleaning supplies for daily cleaning like dish liquid and maybe an all purpose spray to use for counters and such. Other than that it was a great fit for our family. Game room and pool were big bonuses for the kids.

Amazing Home

It was a nice vibe. Spacious home and the arcade room was everything when we wasn’t out at the parks. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely would stay again. Just next time I would pay for pool heat warmers.

Clean and comfortable

The only issue we had was when we arrived we had wrong code for the door keypad. It was quickly handled and we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The game room was awesome! Don’t waste your time at hotels….book this property! We will be coming back!

Nice place, no spa heat.

So first of all the good things. All the beds we used were comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Along with a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Plenty of room to sit and eat together. The couches were very comfortable, came with a few gaming systems we did not use. The game room was fun. The video games were Star Wars, a golf game and an Atari like game with lots of options. Now to the not as great. We arrived on a Wed. We attempted to use the hot tub that night but it did not get warm. We assumed we did not let it run long enough. Then attempted it again Friday night and let it run an hour. It again did not get hot. I called that sat morning and did not hear from anyone until Monday afternoon and she said someone could get there Tues, our check out day. We were def disappointed as I pick a house every year that has a pool table and a hot tub. The property manager stated that she would refund 2 days if I signed a executed release of claims. She agreed the spa was heated to the same 96 degrees as the pool. I would have like to be refunded from Friday on but accepted and still have not heard anything about it. The pool itself was a bit dirty and had to be skimmed. Lots of lizards and lizard poo everywhere back there in which there is not much to do about that. Just shake everything out before you sit. A couple of beetles in the master and lizard escaping into the upstairs sink. Overall not a bad place just not very fair. 30.00 a day for heat and not get it

Great location

The location is great - within a few minutes drive of Disney. The property manager was great with communication and super helpful. The villa was comfortable and clean and a peaceful haven away from the parks.

Great Family Florida Vacation Home

This place was the perfect family get away home nestled in Four Corners/Kissimmee area about 20mins to Disney with traffic and about 30mins to Universal with traffic. The house has four beautifully furnished bedrooms with three upstairs and Master Bedroom downstairs on the main floor with a nice size ensuite bath. The main floor is pretty much open concept with nice high ceiling providing lots of natural light. The game room is located in the attached garage with a mini split to provide heat or AC when needed and provide a comfortable location to play pool or watch TV and play games for the kids. The outside grounds are beautiful and located on a nice size pond that you can watch the sunsets and natural beauty of everything else around the pond. The swimming pool was beautiful and very clean. Had a small fountain that is also a great spot for the baby pool and an attached spa The pool was great for all day or evening swims with the beautiful view of the pond and sunsets! Great spot for Families or Friends and close to all parks and amenities.

A place to sleep in a great location. Opportunities in cleanliness & appliance maintenance.

Initially impressed with the home and especially the close location to all major theme parks, Walmart/Sam’s Club/CVS, a magnitude of restaurants and shops, etc. It became a place to sleep as the lack of operational appliances and cleanliness made me want to call a repair man myself and start cleaning! We were disappointed that the listing referenced a grill and what to do/not to do with utensils when using it; however, there is no grill. You will need to rent one. Burner knob on the stove simply won’t budge; so you have 3 burners. Pots/Pans are to make massive meals; meaning they are huge and not practical to cook hot dogs, canned goods, mac n cheese type foods. We’re a family of 4, not 12, so it could work for others. Learned on day 2 that the dryer did not work. We packed understanding we had a washer/dryer. Initially, we laid the clothes out on the patio to dry - sorry Mr Pool Guy - but that worked once as rain showers made it impossible for anything to dry. We reported it and it took almost 2 days to get a response that the dryer would be replaced after our stay was over. How this wasn’t reported before our stay or housekeeping didn’t know is beyond me. Master bedroom sheets were stained, binkies/pacifiers under the bed, and 5-6 pairs of toddler shoes in the dresser. Master tub had hairs around the top, guest bathroom toilet was absolutely gross when lifted up. Not convinced that anything was cleaned prior to our arrival; overall, the home needs a good clean and TLC.

Beautiful house

The house itself is the nicest one I’ve stayed in in Orlando. Has a beachy feel to the whole house. The master bed downstairs is HUGE. The games room was good fun on an evening. I would definitely look at booking this house again.

Comfortable and great loction

We really enjoyed this home. It was well appointed and comfortable for our week long stay. The location was great, close to shopping, good restaurants and of course the theme parks. While I agree with some past reviews on the cleanliness overall it was pretty clean. We had one problem with the hottub but a call to property management had it taken care of same day. Loved the arcade room, the kids couldn't get enough of the pool and it was nice having a bathroom off the pool area. Another bonus was the large tvs. Only thing that we didn't love was the description stated the house had an Xbox, while it did it was ancient and none of the controllers worked. Overall we loved the house and plan to stay again during our next visit.

Disappointed

Very unhappy with the cleanliness of the property. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Multiple tvs didn’t work. Paid for a heated pool and pool was still cold. Property was gorgeous and has so much potential. However we will not book here again!

Great Vacation

Absolutely Filthy! Not been cleaned properly in years

What could have been the perfect villa was massively let down by how dirty it was. The villa clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned for many years. The review won’t let me attach pictures but both inside and out were filthy. The outside area was dirty with old dirty garden furniture full of stains. It really wouldn’t be hard to clean around the pool area. The pool itself was clean however and the views amazing The inside wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival, corners of the rooms were full of hundreds of dead flies, stains on carpets, bits of old food on floor, mould in the bathrooms. Cockroaches in the bathrooms (we trapped 5/6 during our stay). The management clearly haven’t been out and checked this property for a long time. Such a shame because the location is amazing! 5 mins from everything

Well worth the money, close to Disney, fun house!

The house was very fun, clean, and we had a good stay! It is very close to Disney and the pricing is great! The home does not provide very many towels (no hand towels) and there were a couple issues that came up, but they were mostly taken care of. We really enjoyed the pool and the stay! Fun to see an alligator in the back pond too!

Holiday

House was great, big pool, great games room and very comfortable and modern furniture inside. Only negative was the check in process, having to go to the office to pick up "the key" which was just a code for the door. Would have been easier if this could have been emailed through.

Fun for everyone

Excellent place…we had 5 kids ages 3 thru 15…they all had something to keep themselves busy with (pool, game room, internet, Big Tv, etc)…easy check in/out process.
