  • Stay and relax in our spacious townhouse close to Disney, Universal and Sea World. We are located in Terra Verde, a highly ranked, gated, vacation community. According to a guest, our villa is one of the best in Terra Verde (check out the reviews). Our villa has wifi and free US phone. There is digital cable TV in all three bedrooms, a smart TV with lots of options and a blu-ray player in the living room. Our townhouse is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen and lots of linens. Our villa is well maintained and has a new AC unit and hot tub. Kid friendly: playpen/crib, booster seat high chair, umbrella stroller, baby gate for stairs, outlet protectors; and noodles for bigger kids and the pool..

    Relax on the patio by the BBQ or sit in the heated hot tub. Terra Verde is surrounded by nature reserve. You can take a pleasant stroll around the pond where herons and ducks feed, or you can try your luck with rod and reel.

    Walt Disney World (15 minutes), Celebration (14 minutes) and Universal (30 minutes) are close by or you can take a pleasant day trip to Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, the everglades, various parks or Cocoa beach. Terra Verde is about 5 minutes to a WalMart super center and many other shops and restaurants.


    We have two properties in the same community for those vacationers requiring more space, but still wanting separate family homes. We take pride in our properties, improvements include a new hot tub in 2018. There is added insulation and window screening to make the house cooler and more eco-friendly.

    Our property manager is fantastic and has an on site office at the Clubhouse.

    Please note there is a $20 per vehicle one time fee for a gate pass.

GREAT PLACE

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Terre Verde resort and I will stay there again for sure. This place was excellent. Just the right size for the number of people. The hot tub was super relaxing for the adults and the kids enjoyed the pool and club house area. We enjoyed the grill as well. All the comforts of home away from home.

Great vacation

Very nice place, no issues at all. Nice private hot tub. Owner responded immediately when had questions. Check in was easy , resort was good. Nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar.

Great Villa!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The villa was clean and had everything that we needed. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire booking process. Terra Verde is a nice gated community. Thank you. Will certainly book again!

Great experience. Unit was fully equipped with every thing we could have needed from cookware to beach chairs, towels, etc. Unit was very thoughtfully supplied. Hot tub was glorious. Gas grill was a plus. Pool and club house area beautiful. Loved the Tikki bar and grill. Would do this again !

Great stay!

Condo was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Situated on the pond, which is lovely. Short walk to the clubhouse, pool and tiki bar. Owner was responsive to small issue when we first got there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

If you're a family of four (two adults, two children) like us then you'll love this property and the gated community that it is in. Spacious open plan on the first floor that Leeds to a private poor with views of the lake. Bedrooms are upstairs

Another great visit to Terra Verde

Fantastic town house on the amazing Terra Verde resort, a return resort visit for us. The town house had all the amenities you need for a vacation, it was clean, tidy and well maintained with nice views across the lake to the fountain. We did manage to use the hot tub a few times, despite the exceptionally hot weather. However this is where the resort is great, as we went to use the pool some days too. Great food and service at the pool bar once again, and really helpful staff in the clubhouse. The resort is ideal for the 192 Kissimmee area, and all the big Orlando tourist spots. We would definitely recommend the townhouse, and hosts, to others.

This home was very clean and welcoming with our arrival. We came down right before the large ice storm came through the whole east coast and the owners even offered us early entry once communicating we may arrive early now with the extreme weather case. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message/call. We noticed a few things in the home, and let them know as we entered and checked the home out before "moving in". They offered to fix the mentioned few but we passed, as we didn't mind and they said they would address them after our check out! The hot tub had a slow leak so sadly we didn't use it as much as we would have liked and hoped, but they again were going to have a maintenance person fix that at check out. We did take the short walk a couple times around the pond to the community pool and hot tub. I will say, with the extreme cold front for FL, they don't continue to "heat" the large pool. The hot tub was nice and the bar was still open around the pool. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff at the community building were very helpful and friendly. They have mailboxes on site to mail your post cards. The gate card is easy to get and return. The home is also in a great location for your Disney vacation (maybe 20 min) Universal (maybe 28-30) and We took an hour drive to the coast for The Kennedy Space Center. All very direct and easy travels. Walmart is right down the road and Door Dash was a huge help after LONG park days.

Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our stay, as always Terra Verde staff are outstanding. Nice short walk to the clubhouse. Pool was not heated for the first 2 days (was an ongoing issue since January), but was resolved when we were there. Great afterwards!

Great place!

We stayed for 5 days during our visit to Disney World. The place was very close to the park and was a very easy drive. It was a beautiful setting and very well supplied. We would definitely stay there again.

All went to plan! This was a getaway for my adult children and their friend. They had no trouble getting there or settling in. Very convenient to everything they wanted to do.

Condo review

Nice older condo that could use some upgrades. Neighbors around the pond are inconsiderate by playing music very loud everyday. No answer when calling in a noise complaint. Owners are very responsive.

great stay

The property is really nice and comfortable. It is at least a 20 min drive to get to any of the parks, but it was well worth the drive to come back to a private hot tub!! I felt very safe in the resort, I would definitely stay here again.

A great vacation experience!

Lonnie and Jon’s place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities we needed and it was in the perfect location with easy access to all of the nearby attractions. We definitely look forward to staying at Terra Verde again.

Just perfect

We LOVED our stay at the Terra Verde Resort. It was in the perfect location. It was close to everything but far enough away from Disney. We stayed a week. From booking to checkout, the process was a breeze. The Owners were quick to respond of any questions I had before and during our stay. We enjoyed the fishing lake and the pool at the resort the most. The private hot tub on the patio was a huge plus. We used the grill one night for steaks too! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating supplies. Lots of bathroom towels too! Be prepared with some of your own supplies though. Dish soap, laundry soap, toilet tissue and trash bags were supplies we purchased at the Walmart less than 5 minutes away. No big deal. We had to go to Walmart to grocery shop anyways. We will definitely be staying here again!
