Close to Universal / Nice Place to Stay

Property manager checked in and was always willing to help and answer questions. Condo was as we expected and worked great for our family of 5. Only downside was that each room did not have a ceiling fan -- only a box fan which was loud to watch TV at night. Otherwise, great host and would stay there again.

Vista Cay penthouse

The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all the basic equipment. It's close to many attractions and restaurants. We come for the convention center and it's at the opposite end of the resort from OCCC but we were still able to walk back and forth to avoid paying for parking. The pool area has had several upgrades since we were here a year ago. The check in and check out process was very easy.

Perfect stay - Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything we could possibly need.As a family of four, we found the space to be just right – comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and having access to amenities like the pool and gym was a huge bonus.

Great location.

We've stayed in a good number of VRBOs, and this is one of the best. Most of what you need to know is in the VRBO website description, but I want to add some more specific info. Not only are there 4 TVs, but 3 of them are of good size. And something you almost never see in VRBOs is that there was full cable on all of them. The management company rep was excellent about communication and readily accessible, even after normal business hours. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay every year

We always choose vista cays as stay for our November/December appearance in the OCCC. This condo was great perfect location, infrastructure and hospitality. Everything we need for a 3 week trip in Orlando.Thanks a lot to Gary who was very responsive and helpful.Best regards from Germany!

Just right…

Even though the place was on the 4th floor, we had now issues with getting all our luggage and family members to/from the room, thanks to the elevator. Plenty of space for a family of 6 to have room to spread out and even eat at the dining room table.No issues with host, as they were quick to answer questions when asked.Plenty of amenities to serve our family. Will stay again in the future.

The Condo was located close to a Brewery, Walgreens, Dunkin & Publix. It was in great condition and was accurately described in the listing. The management company and contact, Gary, was awesome and easy to work with and great communication for check-in and check-out! Would highly suggest.

Outstanding property and location! The ease of check in and checkout was great. Very detailed instructions that made everything very simple. Gary was the best host I have ever worked with. We just had an amazing time in Orlando. Vista Cay is a beautiful Condo. Very impressed at the communications that we received from Gary prior, during and after our stay at Vista Cay. My children loved the DJ and the games at the pool during the weekend afternoons. Our condo was centrally located to many attractions.

Perfect!

My wife, kids (3, 5) and I had an amazing stay at this property! We enjoyed the walking trails and the pools. It was great being able to walk to several restaurants and to the grocery store. Our rental car pretty much sat in the parking lot unused as everything we needed for our stay was right there! We will be back and we will most definitely book at this property when we are, thank you!

Perfect location!

We rented this condo for the AAU volleyball nationals. Perfect location to walk back and forth each day (about 1 mile in high heat, so beware). Communication was excellent, check-in and check-out was easy, and property was exactly as listed. Furnishings were slightly outdated and cleanliness wasn’t top notch, but overall I would stay there again. We really appreciated the property manager and his continuous checking in to be sure our stay was good! Well done!
