Denise was a responsive host and responded to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by cockroaches in the apartment. We notified Denise right away, and she acted quickly by sending an exterminator the same day. However, the issue was not fully resolved, as additional cockroaches were found the following day. The overall condition of the apartment met the bare minimum. The 2nd bathroom tub was clogged so that was unusable and the dishwasher was in poor condition.

Great quiet and very safe location. Pool area is amazing! Amazing amenities, like grocery, liquor, gift shops and a few restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom cleaning could have been a bit more detailed, splashes along wall by toilet and hair strands on floor and in shower. Overall very happy with the accommodations, would definitely rent again.

Overall an excellent resort in a great location! The pool facilities are fantastic. Our condo was listed as sleeping 8, but the two twin beds and the king really only slept 4 adults. We had to have one sleep on the couch that did not have a pull out sleeper. Also, the floors didn’t seem to have been thoroughly mopped, as we had to keep our shoes on inside the condo. However, overall a great experience and will look to re-visit in the future.

Vista Cay

This was our third year at Vista Cay. We enjoy walking along the trails both inside the community and outside along the lake. The new pool was great. The location is great for all that Orlando has to offer. Denise could not have done a better job communicating with us throughout the entire process. We will be staying again.

the place is very well located, it has many shops nearby. The facilities are generally fine, the apartment definitely needs a deep cleaning, the bathrooms were dirty. The furniture needs to be updated. Thanks for the attention

Terrible experience

We only stayed one of the two nights we booked. We would not have stayed that long had we not arrived in town too late to find a hotel. The property was dirty. Hair in both showers, on floors and inside cabinet drawers. Used toothbrush thrown under the kitchen sink and trash under the master bath vanity. The toilets and showers were not clean. The carpet had lint and bits of trash on it. None of the lamps were plugged in. There was lots of thick dust on the light fixtures and behind the beds (I found it when I was trying to plug in the lamps). The ceiling fan pulls were missing. The dishwasher and refrigerator had dried food inside. The water in the coffee maker had not been cleaned out. Some of the walls had been marked up with children's markers. Two of the 3 TV's had no batteries in the remotes. To be fair the property manager responded to our issues immediately by calling us and offered to come over to repair the remotes. They also sent a cleaner the next morning. But who wants to wait to have the place repaired or cleaned when you arrive at the property? As a VRBO owner myself the property should have NEVER been offered in this condition. The photos are deceiving. The property manager refunded the second night but refused to refund the cleaning fee. I guess we needed to pay to have someone NOT clean the unit again. The manager also offered another property but we would have needed to wait until later in the day before we could move in. We were not willing to take a chance that the second unit was clean enough for our family. This was not a cheap rental. It could have been great but I would not recommend renting anything this company has. The Hilton was cleaner and more comfortable.

Overall it was Good

The place was nice. It looked good, it is big and spacious. The customer service was good. The negative was a few cleanliness issues, maybe it was just a mistake or oversight. And not really an issue but it was just weird, the TVs in the bedrooms were smaller than my laptop screen. The value was great and the location was close to everything we were doing. We stay here again.

Excellent Location

Condo is in an Excellent location close enough to walk to Grocery, Restaurants and Liquor Store. Within a 5 min drive to Convention Center. Check in and Check out was super easy. Pool is right across the parking lot and walking path around pond in back. All appliances were in good order and the place was clean and pretty bright.Couch and carpet could use an update soon. We were there for the Volleyball Tournament and then the parks after. The Association concierge was helpful and we were able to purchase tickets there.Would stay there again.

Perfect for families. Clean, great location.

Loved the place. Conveniently located next to a shopping center with everything we needed. Great second pool right outside our condo that was much less crowded than main pool. The staff was very nice and helpful. At the front desk you can hook tickets to attractions, they even got us a rental car delivered for a day trip. Close to both Universal and Disney. I would highly recommend for families!

Great area, everything is close by!

Wonderful property, easy to get to from the airport. Close to shop and all local activities. Pools are warmed and the people were all friendly and helpful. Needs a new mattress, as the springs cut into me, was up every hour, and bathroom sink in the master does not drain, washing face was difficult, as I had to turn the water off, wait for it to drain, and then turn water on again to heat up. Ice machine doesn’t work, meaning you have to take the whole ice tray out to get ice. Dishwasher must not work. Every dish, I had to wash as I pulled out of the cabinets, before using. Small stuff, but definitely a need to be addressed. I would definitely stay at Vista Cay again. Wonderful owners, nice gated community.
