We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute booking for this condo at Vista Cay. We have stayed at Vista Cay many times in the past, but this was our first time booking with Gary and his team and also our first time staying in this section of the property (conveniently located near Publix grocery store and NYPD Pizza). The space was just as advertised, clean and nicely decorated. A smaller unit than we normally stay in, however, it didn’t feel cramped. Plus, we don’t often book a ground floor unit. Benefits - you don’t have to use the stairs or elevator, however, you can experience guests above you walking around in their unit (most likely kids running and jumping around). We only experienced this two times, however, that was on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we certainly didn’t want to complain to our neighbors. The TVs were much easier to get set up than normal (just had to change out the dead batteries in one remote). There isn’t a separate laundry room in this unit, so you will hear the washer and dryer when they are in use as they are located just off the kitchen next to the front door. Not a big deal, just plan accordingly. Definitely would consider booking with Gary and his team again and would consider this unit if we only had a small group staying with us.
