The 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms provided ample space and privacy for our group, while the open layout made it easy to gather for meals and team discussions. The private pool and resort amenities added the perfect touch for downtime and bonding.From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless – check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Most horrible VRBO experience I ever had

House was not clean. Carpets are beyond their useful life, stained, dirty and need to be replaced. Baseboards and walls are filthy. Toilet paper roll holder in primary bathroom kept falling off. The garage door opener was broken and technician couldn't repair it. There were no basic staples in the house. We had dish soap and trash bags to accommodate two days of our four day stay. The utensils were few and far between. Body wash tube was empty in primary bathroom. Pool screen had a hole and large bugs got into the pool area. The sectional sofa had no connections between segments and separated easily. The electrical junction box under the sofa had no outlet and appeared a danger. An electrical panel door in the laundry room was open and hanging by one corner. Foosball table characters are broken and the dust on the table was very thick.Neighbors were beyond control with loud music and shouting until 3 AM on first two nights. The noise levels were so loud we could not enjoy the pool and spa in spite of paying to heat the pool. The quiet hours were not respected and even in the daytime, the music was blaring without regard for others.We will definitely never rent from Casiola again.

The house was very big so that was nice. We added pool heat once we realized the spa was not heated. It took 5 days to get the spa heated out of our 7 day trip. Also the group that showed up in the house next to us was very very loud.

House was spacious and pool area was great. Needed a few more items in the kitchen such as baking dishes, a couple pizza pans and cookie sheets would have been great. And some oven mitts and pot holders, and dish towels and dish rags Couch needs to be fastened together it’s in pieces and kept moving

Comfortable & spacious

Our extended family enjoyed a week at this home while visiting nearby parks. The sectional couches where we could easily gather and the large kitchen (with great counter space an outdoor grill) were the main selling points for us. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable; we appreciated having multiple bathrooms/showers, laundry onsite, and the baby items (portable crib & stroller). This property served us well and we would stay again. "Pool heat" is (unfortunately) an extra cost and during our stay (wintertime) the "hot tub" was not hot, but we enjoyed a couple of swims anyway. We suggested a couple of updates regarding kitchen supplies we hope the main living room sectional will be replaced (pieces do not stay put together!), and the management company was always very helpful and responsive. This home is comfortable and welcoming. We would stay here again!

Youth Group Retreat

We had a great time! The property was as described and the perfect space for the 17 of us. Loved having access to the pool and the rooms were just as described. The only small complaint we had was lack of kitchen supplies. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and would recommend staying here to evereyon.

Great Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was beautiful and it was exactly what we were looking for. The weather was a little too cold at the time for the pool but we will be sure to try it next time we come. We utilized the grill and that was a major part of us picking this property. Spacious!!

The house was very spacious, great location .. only issue was trash in jacuzzi and pool and jacuzzi was not working properly.. the kids where really disappointed on that as we came from up north,,, looking forward to the pool. Other than that the house was amazing.

Great for Groups!

We absolutely loved this home. It was exactly as listed!! Lots of rooms for our 2 families thy came together on this trip. My favorite part was that the living areas & kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone at once. Very clean, minor wear & tear damage but nothing to complain about. The community/resort amenities were great as well.

We had an entire adult men's softball team stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and the game room was a hit. Kitchen amenities were wonderful allowing us to easily cook meals to feed our entire group. One thing I wish was a little more attention to cleaning but it wasn't too bad. Also the pool was way too hot for the time of year. Pool heat purchase was unnecessary.

Great surroundings - poor house

Windsor at Westside is a great neighborhood. The clubhouse and the surroundings are fabulous. This is the second time in 3 years we rent a house there, even on the same street. Due to previous experience, we rented a house with the same layout which is great for a group of 13 people aged 9-84. Plenty of space, both to be together in large or small groups as well as to be in complete privacy. But as far as this particular house is concerned, the pictures do not tell the whole truth. The house was poorly cleaned when we arrived: rubbish (paper, popcorn, etc.) on the floors and dirty streaks on the walls to name a few. The furnitures were worn out: both sofas were uncomfortable and worn out (upholstery, a kind of imitation leather, constantly peeled off and fell to the floor). At least 2 of the 10 dining chairs were falling apart. All the sponge were gone from the seats of the breakfast chairs so it was downright painful to sit on the frames. Some of the beds (not all of them though) were uncomfortable. Curtains in the living room useless so could not be drawn. The kitchen utensils are small and marginal. It therefore required considerable resourcefulness and the purchase of equipment to be able to cook meals for 13 people. However, this is not all, because the following 3 factors were the worst: 1. The internet connection was really poor but in modern society it is a big disadvantage. 2. The TVs were both small and so old that they could not be connected to e.g. Netflix except by purchasing special equipment for it. 3. Noise from the pool pump far above all limits and never stopped. We emailed right on the first day and complained about some of this and got the response that this complaint would be used as a training opportunity to better them selves for nest time! Admittedly, we were offered to send someone to clean better, which we declined because of course we had already done it ourselves. We actually left the house in a better condition than when we arrived, because my husband and brother-in-law fixed the vacuum cleaner, the ice machine and the grinder in the sink. We soon made the decision not to let this ruin our vacation and make the best of things. We are excited to return to Windsor at Westside but we will not be renting this particular house again.

Large house, perfect location

Let's start with the positive. The house is in an excellent location, not only close to the pool and tiki bar but also with in an easy drive to Disney World. It's large and spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything we could need. The communication with everyone on staff was fast and lovely. However, the floors didn't seem to have been vacuumed at all, the upstairs bathroom still had hair piled in the corner from previous guests and the kitchen/living room floor felt gritty. I did message them to make them aware and they responded right away. The other disappointment was the pool/hot tub heat. We had asked to have it turned on, which it was however it was much too hot, the pool heat was comparable to the hot tub and with temperatures being very high it was not enjoyable to relax in. They responded very quickly and it was turned down to what we hoped was a more manageable temperature but we eventually asked for it to be turned off. Resulting in a bathtub warm pool and cooler hot tub. I wish there was someway to have them on/off separately. Would we stay here again? Yes, like I said the entire team was gracious and very quick to respond, but I would appreciate more cleaning the next time.

Beautiful place, excellent service

I rented this house with 7 friends for a week and a half. The property itself was beautiful and clean. It was somehow more spacious than it seemed in the pictures! The property owners at Casiola were amazing. Customer service was very easy to reach. They always responded quickly. They even helped us out when the door code for our house didn't work on the first night. I'd recommend them to anyone!
