Not handicap accessible

Properly is not handicap accessible like they say. We had to go buy lumber to make ramps to get in and out of house. Bathroom was too small with door on it to get in easily with wheelchair transfer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, with nearby parks (Uber rides to the parks costing around $7-8 per trip).

Adorable villa!

I cannot express how much I love this adorable villa. Its location is absolutely perfect for us, and Villatel team hospitality is always outstanding! We have had the pleasure of staying here multiple times and will definitely return in the future!

Did not meet expectations at all. Wish we had a better unit.

Upon arrival, the check in process was not thorough. There were a number of issues with this unit that we rented. The a/c unit did not function in the theater room(and it’s summer) and it’s located in what used to be a garage, the volume on that theater room was inadequate, and the seats were in very bad shape and torn, so uncomfortable seating as well. The sliding glass doors did not lock(towards the back of the house that leads to the pool) making this very dangerous for little ones. The outdoor grill was extremely dangerous and should not be used at all!!(I called to have it replaced and that was in even worse shape!)it looked like it literally fell out of a truck, legs were crooked and the grill didn’t close properly. The PlayStation did not work(and there was mention of an Xbox, did not even see one) so that was a fail. The pool area was not clean, and had bugs in the pool and surrounding are, plus the water had a foul stench which lets us know that it was not safe to enter properly was not cleaned or water treated. Also the ceiling fans do not work outside( again it’s summer!).The ceiling fan light upstairs(bedroom)didn’t work.To close, I didn’t even get check out instructions, I had to communicate with VRBO to ask for them! I would NOT recommend this to anyone who enjoys vacations with family. The area could be better our surroundings did not make us feel like a vacation home. There were people smoking pot and arguing outside our homes late night, and drunk as well.

Family Getaway

This property was amazing! We had 16 people ranging from 12 years old to 67 years old. We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days. The private pool/spa were a huge hit, they were taken advantage of every day. When everyone one was inside, it didn't feel crowded. The clubhouse amenities were great as well and just a short walk from the house. The management company made checking in and out very easy and they responded quickly to any questions that I had. I would definitely rent this home again.

Champion's Chateau

The staff at Villatel were great to work with. Very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. We have had Annual Family vacations in Florida for 15 years and have stayed at many resorts along Hwy 27 & 192. This resort was by far the best rental we have stayed at. It was more $ to rent for our vacation, but worth it. The neighborhood Solarra was a very quiet area, as opposed to others we have stayed at. Secured entrance is always a plus! The house itself was very well maintained with plenty of room for our party of 14. The rental was very well furnished with a gorgeous sunset view in the evening. Grandkids enjoyed the heated pool. Only recommendation I would offer is to have a more stocked kitchen (for those days when families decide to eat in). Solarra is a great quiet area (close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers). We will definitely rent through Villatel again for next year.

Extremely happy with our stay Oct 2022. Family of 10.

This home was all we expected. Very clean, kitchen was great with plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee cups silverware, table was large enough for all to eat together. Plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms were spacious and quiet. The kids loved the playroom and the themed rooms. The amenities at Solara looked awesome but we were so busy at the Disney Parks that we did not get to enjoy everything. We did take the little ones to the playground and one of our kids did the lesson in the wave pool and both were great. I would recommend this home to large families visiting the area. Disney parks were within 1/2 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants, etc.:4:

Memorable Experience

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our time in this property. There was more than enough room and an abundance of activities for our multi aged group of 16. The giant scrabble board, foosball and pool tables, the video games, toddler slide and climber, theater room and pool with basketball hoop provided a wide range of activities while we were in the house. They also provided events for the Family Olympics we developed for the week. We additionally enjoyed time at the Solara Resort and being within a few minutes of fabulous family activities. We couldn’t give five stars on all aspects as there were a couple of problems (wi-fi and air conditioning). The management was very responsive when called and the technicians who came to mitigate the issues were very helpful and thorough. We would still recommend this place to any large group.

Large family gathering

We had 19 people of all ages and this house was great. We were able to open up the area to all be together eating and swimming, playing pool, etc. Was great place for a large group to interact without being closed off doing different activities. Would go again! Wasn't a huge fan of the resort, but that was really the only complaint. Water at the kids pool area wasn't heated which essentially rendered that useless. So we just spent time at the house's pool, though had to pay over 300 to heat that pool (we were glad we had the heat though or wouldn't have used it either).

Great Stay

Great Stay for our entire family!! 2nd time staying in the vacation community and love everything about it. Only hiccup we had was our passcode to enter the house didn't work, had to call to get a new passcode. Management was very helpful and responded to our email right away with a phone call, and got us the new passcode quickly!

Outstanding Experience!

My family, especially the kids truly enjoyed themselves during our stay. I thought the kids and some of the adults were going to turn into shriveled up prunes from being in the pool the majority of the time! Everyone had a ball. Although, I worked some while there I was able to relax some.

Large home for family and friends.

This rental was extremely clean and had tons of space. The pool with extra child fence made the stay easy with children. We had an issue with the dishwasher and someone was there to repair within 15 minutes. My only complain would be that we weren't informed that there wouldn't be extra toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. They gave very minimal and definitely not enough for the entire week stay. ( It was not a problem as we ran to the store, but if you're making a pre grocery delibery order.... add it to your shopping list!) Check in and check out was simple and we will most definitely be back!

perfect for large groups!

Stayed at this home for NHSCC with coaches and 14 cheerleaders and it was perfect for us! Very spacious, enough dining seating for everyone to sit together, tons of entertainment for the kids and very clean. I would definitely book this home again in the future!

Perfect Place for Family Vacation

My family enjoyed their stay here so much! We had plenty of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable and it was immaculately clean. Our only issues during our stay was that the landscaping crew blew mulch into our pool ( a small are of screen was ripped) and we had to skim that out, and pool guy was there the next day to clean the pool. Also some of the upstairs bedrooms had fans that wouldn’t come on, but mysteriously lit up in middle of the night! Nothing terrible.

Great place for a large family!

I would highly recommend this house and this company. It was worth paying the extra money for the heated pool, we all loved using it. The reason for the four-star review was because we had a difficult time using the TVs and the media room electronics. The pool had issues leaking but we just kept adding water from the hose which had a two hour timer on it (very nice). The community pool area was great. My kids loved practicing surfing on the wave pool (cost was extra). This company is obviously very experienced at short term rentals. They are very responsive, congenital and a pleasure to talk to. Again, I highly recommend this company and this home.

Disney Vacation

Our Disney vacation was basically cancelled due to Covid, but we decided to still come to the house to enjoy some family time together, but with more space than our small apartment lol. It was the best decision! Lots of fun stuff for kids and adults, very clean home, free wifi, and some much needed stress-free relaxation!
