Reunion home

Great location and neighborhood. Clean and well stocked. Very nice outdoor space with BBQ. Quick response to a small plumbing issue. Management team needs to replace a number of missing or burned out light bulbs or make there available onsite. We would highly recommend this location.

From UK to USA

Overall this villa stay was the most ideal for us as a family, due to the space. We had 1 family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids), we had another 2 couples = a total of 8 people. The shared bathroom for the family of 4 was ideal. This meant the other two couples had a bathroom each too. The villa was well looked after and in great condition. I always am annoyingly quite fearful of lizards and luckily they were none at all in the villa. They were loads outside but they pretty much kept outside which was ideal The only downside was that the washing machine broke on our 3rd day and the reunion technicians were unable to get the owners to approve the part they needed to fix the issue which meant a bathtub of soap and clothes. Besides that one issue, the stay was overall pleasant. A lovely neighborhood, would definitely book again.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a quick weekend to attend a family wedding. I did not receive an email with the address, but contacted the rental company and they sent it. The house is spacious and provided everything we needed. The washing machine was full of water and we called maintenance right away. They sent someone to empty it, but since we were there only a short time, we opted not to try to use it. The icemaker did not work. Overall, though, the home was clean, spacious and provided us with exactly what we needed. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

Beautiful home

We just had another wonderful visit to Reunion. This is the first time we have stayed in a house (vs. condo or townhouse). Loved all the extra room, as well as the outdoor space. Loved having a master upstairs and down - perfect for our group. Linens were very nice, kitchen well equipped. Only suggestion would be to share more information about what is (and is not) available for guests to use at Reunion. We were already familiar with the property, but for would be nice to share since it has so much to offer. We ate at both Eleven and Traditions and both were excellent!

Great Home

Overall I had a good time some minor issues, Screen door lock is broken,Carpets are older and some staining on carpets and ac control keep going back to 75 but all in all it was a clean property, this was one of reunions first homes about 15+ years old looks like a recently remodeled Just a FYI

A suitable rental

I rented this property knowing it did not have many reviews. We had a good stay with a few small inconveniences. On the good side, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen had most of what we needed, bathrooms clean, house offers beach towels, and really nice decor. 1. Similar to an earlier review, my welcome email did not include the door code. Luckily, I knew to ask before arriving, 2. Front door sticks. You have to push/pull hard. The back screen door does not latch. The back door does not lock from the outside. That’s inconvenient because the driveway is out back, 3. Missing bulb in master bath, 4. The prior guests nor property management cleaners placed the outside trashcans out for pickup, 5. Bath towels are thin and provides little coverage, 6. The Queen bed was slopped on one side. And the fridge had a blown bulb. Maintenance repaired both immediately, 8. The top of the refrigerator is dusty, 9. The ice maker does not make ice, 10. An eye on the stove does not work. Any one or two of these would have been annoying in the moment but taken together, it suggests that the property management (Jeeves) is negligent. I will book with Reunion directly next visit. Note: this home does NOT have a Reunion membership.

Not well maintained. Fly infestation

We had difficulty with this reservation from the beginning. Our email confirmation did not contain the door code. I left a message with Jeeves the morning of our check-in date but never received a return call. I was forced to call their emergency/after hours number when we arrived to get the door code. My call was sent to voicemail, but fortunately was returned in about 10 minutes of sitting in the driveway. Once we were in the house, the accommodation met our basic needs. However, we reported a number of maintenance issues to the property manager in hopes that they would be remedied for future occupants. The major issues were as follows: 1. Garbage bin was full from prior occupants, which attracted a swarm of flies. The flies swarmed the driveway and entered the screened porch. We were not able to utilize the outdoor screened area as we would have liked. 2. The back door lock was damaged posing a security threat. The door would not fully latch if closed without the deadbolt, allowing flies to enter the unit. 3. The clothes dryer did not heat. We needed to line dry our laundry 4. The ice machine in the freezer did not produce ice 5. Several lamps had dead light bulbs or were not functioning. The property manager was friendly and apologetic when we reported the maintenance issues. Hopefully they are addressed before the next occupants arrive.

Great stay in Reunion!

This was not our first time staying in Reunion, we love this area as it is easy access to Disney and the overall property is very well kept. This house was very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped as we cooked every day. Beds were comfortable and having a washer/ dryer allowed us to pack light and wash mid week. We would return to this property.

Perfect location

Quiet location and private, large size bedrooms, good size living area, screened terrace with full sun give this home a very nice appeal. Close to all amenities, would most definitely stay there again.
