We overall thought this place was okay. It is a nice location, and we loved the size, the pool, and the tv setups. While things looked nice, they didn't feel as durable for a rental. Pay close attention to the pictures. The fourth island chair looks broken. (It was in storage upon arrival, and we left it there.) The pool area is awesome, but the patio furniture is run down. Some of them looked moldy. This place does have a nice, modern decor, including a beautiful island and counters; however, it overall felt dingy. The giant white tiled floors showed every bit of dirt. The walls all over this place should not be painted white because the marks from past guests stand out, and the carpet feels gross. There was some kind of burn stain on the floor in the master, and the sheets in the master seemed like they hadn't been thoroughly washed. (They had a strong floral perfume smell. Also, pillows under their cases had leftover make up from a previous guest.) I felt like I had to wash everything the night we arrived, so thankful for the washer/dryer set, but they took a while to dry things. I didn't contact the manager about any of this because it just seems like things you can't fix before arrival. These are bigger issue with deep cleaning and furnishing kinds of things. We liked the location, but because I was so disappointed for the price, I doubt I'd stay at this vrbo again. If changes were made and the price was lower, I would consider it. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. On this trip we stayed at two other places where we could easily give 5 stars to both. This one is more like 3.5 stars.
