Good communication, very clean, great amenities, comfy beds, very important that things were fragrance free, and other than laundry room it was. Nice spot and Disney parks were roughly 30 minutes away.

Fabulous villa. Spotlessly clean. Has everything you could need - and more! Very spacious. Lovely heated pool at this time of the year. Great location. Beth was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

There were so many ways to enjoy yourself at the home. There really was anything you could think of to enjoy a vacation.The property was very well maintained and the layout allowed everyone to have space to relax and unwind.

Phenomenal Property Close to Everything!!

The house is an absolute gem!! It’s spacious, immaculate, and perfectly stocked with everything you need. The interior is beautiful, well laid out, and the pool is the perfect place to relax. The beds are so comfortable and the living areas are open and roomy. You’re close to Disney, and within minutes from a vast array of dining and shopping options. Overall, it’s nothing short of perfect!!

Excellent Clean Stay

The property was everything and more. Excellent clean and stocked with items over and above most other homes. The pool was clean and the water was nice and warm. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to grocery shopping and attractions. The communication with Beth was excellent .....she was very responsive to all questions. Great house and location

We were in town visiting family. The house was as advertised and communication with the host was fast and helpful. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly due to a snowstorm back home. The Host was very helpful with that as well. Thank you!

Another beautiful vacation at Sunset Palms Villa!

This is our second time staying here and it is absolutely perfect! From the cleanliness, location, to the ease of having everything we need for our young family already at the house. We had an absolutely awesome vacation. Our kids loved the pool and games room (so did we!). We will most definitely be back again!

Sisters Reunion

We had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the little extras the property included (pool toys, beach towels, several DVD’s to choose from). The beds were comfortable and the linens were quality. Decor was a little outdated but all in all, I would highly recommend.

Loved It!!

I have no cons to this house!! It was perfect for us. The two master rooms with king size beds & two rooms with the two twins is ideal for 2 families of 4!! I will say I am use to a firm bed & the two king sizes were comfortable but super soft. Communication with the property manager was wonderful. Replied back very quickly with answers to any questions I had. I would definitely rent this house again if we ever come back.

Phenomenal!!!

My family had a fabulous spring break! This house is close enough to everything yet far enough off the main drag that you can get around without horrible traffic. The house was very clean and had everything in the kitchen we could ever need! From chip clips and Tupperware to pool toys and coolers! The owner has truly thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. We had an issue with the pool heater not working. I reached out to the owner and she was absolutely phenomenal!!! She got someone out there that day…Easter Sunday😱 to take a look at it. A part was going to need to be ordered but they were able to get it fixed 2 days sooner than we expected. Beth went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!! Highly recommend!!

Extra extra & complete with the Sunsets!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. The property is well stocked with all the extras to make your stay comfortable. From lots of towels and pool towels to bedding. Dishes and all the amenities of the kitchen and laundry. Even lots of options for cups that are pool friendly. Games and movies galore with big screen access tv and tvs in every room as well as a games room complete with tv too. This owner has thought of everything. We had one quick issue and it was completely responded to and dealt with right away. Amazing! There was only One problem with this vacation house, we didn’t stay long enough! So we will be back. Thanks and the sunsets were definitely amazing!

Perfect Home Away from Home!

We had an amazing stay in this house - it was beautiful, clean, spacious and convenient! Our party was two couples and two children, and there was a perfect amount of space for everyone. The neighborhood is wonderful - quiet and peaceful, but very close to everything we had planned for our trip - Disney, Universal and other Orlando sites. We also traveled to the beach one day, and with easy access to the highway it was a very convenient trip. The pool at the house was the best part - everyone, kids and adults, had so much fun playing in the pool every day! We had one minor issue while we were there (typical maintenance issue for a home) and a quick message to the host and management company brought a very fast resolution to the problem. I was very pleased with how responsive everyone was to our requests. Overall this was the perfect location for a long-planned and anticipated family vacation, and I highly recommend this house!

Great family property with nice pool

We spent a week in this property, which was in a quiet residential area. The villa was nice and spacious and overall very well equipped - the kitchen had everything we needed, plus games and toys for the pool, which my kids loved. The pool itself was a good size, and very private. We just had to get used to the pool alarm, which we kept setting off at first!! Great games room too. Location-wise it was closer to Disney than Universal, which for us was a 45 minute drive away. Communication with Beth was excellent. She responded quickly to all emails, offered an early check-in, and even recommended places to buy my son's birthday cake, as it was his birthday the day we checked in. Thank you Beth! The English couple who came to clean the pool while we were there were also very friendly and recommended places to visit and eat. The only negative was that the living room was a little dark and the windows were not clean, though Beth did offer to send somebody to clean them, which we declined. Over all it was a great house, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr sauberes Haus und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Vor allem die gaming- Garage hat uns gefallen, auch wenn der Schattenplatz dem Auto besser getan hätte. Im Pool- Bereich weicht das Mobiliar von den Bildern ab, auf die sitzkissen zum Lesen hatten wir uns gefreut. Aber keine Sorge,Beth hat umgehend welche bestellt und waren auch 2 Tage später da. Bestellter Gasgrill war auch am nächsten Tag da. Beth hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert

Amazing place

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It is just like the pictures. They really thought of everything. We especially loved being able to sit outside and be comfortable out if the sun. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Loved how quiet it was and the neighborhood was great. Loved having Publix so close to us. We definitely will be back for sure!

Returning guest, still impressed

This home was perfect for us. More room than we really NEEDED, but the house layout, and private pool convinced us to come back. The property manager is top notch, responding quickly to all questions and concerns. This home will remain at the top of our list when returning to Central Florida. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
