Very nice accommodations for our stay in Orlando. My son’s team had a basketball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. The Vista Cay Resort was a great location for the event. The check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. The unit was clean and the full kitchen was perfect for our needs. The resort had several pools to utilize, a nice work out facility and a basketball court. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Very good overall experience.

Perfect spot for sports tournament week

We were just in Orlando for the volleyball national tournament and this was the perfect spot to stay. The drive to the convention center was about 3 minutes and that was such a relief after the long days. It was crazy hot while we were there, but the condo was quick to cool and stayed cool all day. The pool area is very nice, and with the new larger pool right by the unit it was a quick way to cool off on our off afternoons. Kitchen was stocked with pans you could actuall use to cook so we saved time and money by eating at home. Great stay!

Nice setting and location

The most important impression is that the owner was VERY responsive to minor issues we encountered with a couple of appliances. He came immediately to correct them. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have the kitchen a little better stocked. We had six people and had to wash dishes often bc we needed more plates and glasses and cutlery. There was no plastic to be used on balcony or bathrooms.

Know before you go

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay and will definitely go back. Pros: very convenient location to the convention center and publix. The complex was clean and fun for all of us. Plenty of space in the units, as well. Cons: our particular unit smelled musty when we got there and there was black mold on the ceiling all around the vents in the dining area and master bedroom/bathroom. The owners were easy to reach and cleaning people were there within a day to clean the ceiling- My concern with this unit is that the mold is likely in the ducts, as well. That will keep us from going back to this particular unit. Also- please know that this is a HUGE complex with two sides to it. The large pool was across the road from our section. Easy to get to and wasn’t an issue, just a heads up. The convention center is definitely not within walking distance but it was an easy drive.

Great location with plenty of space for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Etienne and Gustavo’s property. We all had enough space to ourselves to relax after each busy day. The back balcony overlooks a pond, with great sunset views, and frequently fireworks in the distance. We loved how close the pool and spa were to the unit. The pool area is attractively landscaped, and the pool heated to a very comfortable level. It was a nice place to swim and relax in the sun. The full kitchen allowed us to get breakfast fast in the condo, as well as prepare a few meals ourselves. We ended up doing a load of laundry before leaving, which gave us fresh clothes, and less to do when we got home. The whole family enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it. This is a first rate place, close to lots of attractions and restaurants that is well maintained and comfortable.

Awesome stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and accommodating. There were plenty of beds for everyone and enough space for us all to spread out for some downtime between parks. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Check in and out was very easy and the owners were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for families. We would love to stay here again!

Nice Condo

We booked this condo for our winter break between the holiday of Christmas and New Years. The condo was conveniently located among shopping centers, liquor stores, nail salons and cafe's. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony of the pond and palm trees. The added benefit of this condo is that it is pet friendly. Gustavo was on top of all the items needed from check-in to pool cards. The pool was conveniently located just across the parking lot. We had a wonderful stay.
