This home was not as shown. It has significant wear and tear. Every wall is scuffed and dirty, every piece of base trim is scuffed and dirty. The grout is filthy. There are no area rugs as shown, the dining room chairs are different. The mattresses are terrible, there were not bath rugs or washclothes when we arrived. The exterior mat and door mats were filthy. When we opened the dishwasher door the dishwasher tipped forward because it wasn't secured. The air hockey table was missing a paddle so couldn't be used. The arcade game is stuffed in a closet with some seasonal items. There were no games anywhere. It says 55/night to heat the pool, but after we agreed to that, the overall total was more than that with taxes and fees, which were not disclosed. This resort has many lovely homes, but this is not one of them. It needs a major refresh. That said, our contact, Dan, was very responsive when we asked questions or for items that were missing, and he had the dishwasher properly secured.
